We auditioned quite a few musicians online before choosing the Tzigauners
We love gypsy jazz especially the original ‘Hot Club’ numbers
From the outset Richard was brilliant. He spoke with my husband to ensure the repertoire was to his satisfaction & all other information about payment etc was clear & concise
We were kept fully apprised without being bombarded
On the actual day they arrived promptly & set up unobtrusively whilst all the other preps were going on around them
Then the important bit - the music ? ?
They are all brilliant musicians & read the tone of the party perfectly
So many positive comments from our guests across all age groups
It really added a great vibe to the whole event
Great musicians & great attitude. … now that’s a rarity in my experience!
So good in fact that my daughter wants to use them again for her upcoming wedding … now there’s a recommendation!

We hired Richard and the Tzigauners jazz group for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing! So talented. They learned three songs for our ceremony which made it feel that much more unique and special. They also were very flexible and adaptable to timing and locations on the property (we set up in two locations). My only regret was not hearing them more! (Being a bride you get pulled away so often!)

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish and most importantly a superb group of musicians that made for a wonderful atmosphere during the reception element of our wedding day. I had been recommended Tzigauners by a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend them once again. We had two guitars and a bass playing outside in the garden where we had drinks and canapés and it was simply perfect.

I just wanted to write to thank you so much for coming to play yesterday at my 40th party. We really enjoyed the music, it really gave the event a great atmosphere, and it was real treat to have a dance to a live band for the first time in ages!

The Tzigauners were fantastic. Their music had everyone grinning and tapping their feet before guests had even started their champagne, setting the mood for the rest of the evening. Completely self-sufficient, professional, friendly and, of course, superbly talented. Thank you!!

Tzigauners provided a fantastic repertoire of music for our charity fundraiser in July 2018 which was perfect for a classical party setting. Tzigauners were really professional and friendly, and created a fancy atmosphere for our guests as they arrived. We highly recommend booking them.

Friday’s sets were absolutely super and the ambience you created was delightful. Angela feels you were the perfect choice for her special evening. Everyone was very complimentary about your your playing and we would certainly be happy to recommend you to others. It was appreciated that making the arrangements and the set up on the day were completely painless.

We just wanted to say big thank you for amazing performance the band has done which made our Big Day even more special. The band was fantastic, playing great gypsy jazz songs that everyone enjoyed and we had even our dance to "Sing sing sing", which was amazing. You fitted so well to the ambient of Pembroke Lodge and I would definitely recommend you to any couple who needs some vintage elegant touch to their Wedding Reception.

We had The Tzigauners play as a trio at the drinks reception of our wedding this summer (2017) - and I am so glad I made the decision to have them perform. The music and resulting ambience was exactly what I wanted. Alex, our contact, was excellent in coming back to me with email responses to my questions before the event and came across as very relaxed and happy to go with the flow on the day, which calmed me down a lot. Would thoroughly recommend for any event.

Wow. Thank you to the Tzigauners for being part of our wonderful wedding. The band were excellent and we received many compliments throughout the day on their quality.

I would also note that Tom was very responsive on email during the booking process and the band arrived in plentiful time on the day to ensure that they were ready to go when asked.

Booking The Tzigauners was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. They have a gorgeous, natural sound that was just right for our drinks reception, and couldn't have been more accommodating to work with. Thank you so much!

The Tzigauners where a fantastic band - because of my disorganisation we booked them last minute and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Everyone commented how much they enjoyed the music and that it really added to the atmosphere on the night.

The Tziganers were incredible! Absolutely wonerful musicians with really great musical style and flair! They really added so much to the champagne reception for our wedding and we cannot recommend them enough. Our guests were raving about them! Thank you so much to Alex and all the band.

Superb musicians! Very atmospheric music which is great as background music but equally (in our case) suited to getting everyone whirling around on the dance floor with fast paced gypsy jazz numbers! Really made my party go with a swing and I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you so much.

The Tzigauners played at our 2016 fundraising ball and were just fabulous. They are very talented and accomplished musicians who added more than a touch of class to our event. I certainly recommend them for adding refinement to any event and expect I will use them again myself. Being such well mannered and considerate musicians I think they are particularly well suited to corporate or formal events during arrival drinks and dinner or day time lunches as they are great at softening the mood.

These guys were really good. Just the right blend of fun and sophistication. We would have them back in a heartbeat.

Tzigauners added a touch of style and sophistication to start off the evening and again into to the early hours of our Grand Vienna Ball. Really set the mood, both as a duo and as a quintet. Very professional, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Tzigauners played at our wedding reception in London recently - they were brilliant! their music was perfect and really completed the atmosphere for the evening. The band as a whole were friendly, approachable and flexible on the day which was much appreciated. Alex who we contacted initially, was very professional, quick to respond and very easy to talk to, which are really valuable qualities when planning such a big event.

Tzigauners played at our garden party and we could not have asked for a better band. They arrived on time, set up without a fuss and were really friendly throughout. If you like Jazz and in particular Gypsy Jazz, this band is perfect. Nice guys, will be in touch for next year's party.
