I did quite a lot of research before falling in love with Oli's voice. Oli sang my wife's favourite song which was learned and performed with emotion. He also learned a really complex song really quickly, which was the perfect for the surprise aspect of the re-proposal. The communication from day one was punctual, professional and enjoyable.
