A review of Lucy Mayhew

Lucy Mayhew was brilliant at today's Smithdown Road Festival, singing at Evil Eye. Some great songs she'd written herself (I liked the powerful, understated "Counterfeit"), as well as some standards, like her encore number the hauntingly beautiful "While My Guitar Gently Weeps". Some real talent here.
