I contacted Ian with 2 weeks until the event and instantly he put me at ease. Cool, calm and collected in our first contact and kept in regular contact until the event. Upon arrival at the event Ian was personable and very attentive. He met the brief perfectly, catering for the differing age ranges in the room and confidently providing a broad and varied range of beautifully played and sung tunes....
