Dad is an ex Kings Own Scottish Borderer, so we want a military piper for his Birthday surprise. Hector is an ex Scots Guards Piper and came highly recommended to us. Hector looked amazing and entered the hall playing the Kings Own Scottish Borderer's regimental march All the Blue Bonnets over the Border. Dad was ecstatic!
