Where do we even start with Billy... he is such a lovely gentleman with a fantastic set of pipes! He really made our Scottish wedding in England & we couldn't be happier. From the moment we spoke to Billy on the phone, we knew we wanted him to be apart of our special day. From start to finish, he was fantastic & we will never be able to thank him enough!
