Before the event - easy and clear communication. On the day: Punctual, relaxed, set up: professional and without any fuss. The music was great. Kip did the calling and was fantastic, clear, extremely patient, great humour but also not overbearing. Great variety of music and dances - so many smiling faces of all ages.
