"These guys were absolutely amazing. We had them at our wedding in the afternoon, they made our wedding even more special and set the turn to be a very classy garden party. They were lovely and played great tunes and really made our day and our wedding would reccomwnd and then recommend again. Even played Disney."

"I was looking for a singer for a remembrance lunch at at a golf club, themed around 40’s and vintage music. I came across Ruby and instantly knew from her friendly manner and keenness to accommodate my requirements she was the perfect fit. Ruby didn’t disappoint, from her costumes to her big personality she had everyone singing, dancing and waving flags. I have since hired Ruby for other events such as The Jubilee and Mother’s day lunch. She is 100% reliable and will go out of her way to make your event a success. I highly recommend her."

"We came across Swing Gitan at the Nottingham Contemporary and were both taken by their energetic and uplifting sound delivered in a skilled and playful fashion. Since then we have had the pleasure of seeing quite a few of their gigs and never been disappointed and so when we were considering who to book for our wedding last august the choice was easy. We wanted music for music lovers that people could also dance to and were no disappointed. The whole process of booking the band and arranging the specifics as well as asking them to learn the Waltz that we intended to dance to was just really straight forward and pleasurable which was certainly helped by Elliott’s easygoing ways and quiet confidence that this would turn out the way we had hoped. We feel very lucky and blessed to have had the good fortune together such good people for our wedding occasion and the presence of Swing Gitan was a large part of that. Indeed, it was a testament to the success of the band that people of all backgrounds and ages loved their performances and demonstrated this through dancing, shouting and cheering throughout the night. Needless to say, we would highly recommend this band to anyone seeking a great sounding and quirky gypsy jazz band! "

"Helped add a real touch of class to our party! Loved hearing my favourite pop tunes such as Simon and Garfunkel in this string setting. They were very flexible in their organisation prior to the party, and were able to set up comfortably in our living room. The playing itself exceeded my expectations - beautiful! "

"Yes, she does indeed sing. We had a fabulous night with Ruby. So lovely to see her again. Ruby has a blow your socks off voice and sang songs from all years. Many thanks to Paul for the sound too. "This band is truly outstanding. Lead vocalist, Leanne, is excellent and she is cohesively supported by an excellent group of highly accomplished musicians. The playlist was perfect for our party and many of the songs are still echoing in our heads. Having said that, the audio mix was perfect and the music volume was spot on, at an appropriate energy level with room for communication on the dance floor. Every guest claimed that this was the best band they had ever experienced. We hope to have them back in Warwickshire soon!"
