Yes, we are happy to play music from Spotify between sets. We have a jazz playlist created for this. We can also provide a professional DJ service for an additional fee.

We performed for the semi-finals of "Master of Ceremonies" on The BBC, hosted by Fred Sirieix and Sara Davies. The wedding was filmed at the old dome cinema in Worthing, and was focused on a vintage vibe with classic cars and flapper dancers. We have also performed for film premiers, including See How They Run and Violent Night. We met the entire West Ham football team on one gig, and received a private tour of The House of Commons on another. It is hard to choose a favourite, but we would probably have to say that the performance for The BBC stands out the most.

We are influenced by all of the jazz greats, from Charlie Parker and Coleman Hawkins to Frank Sinatra and Nina Simone.

The band started gigging together when we were studying our music degrees at university. Our first performances were at local jazz jams and clubs, from there we started getting booked for private events. We have now performed at hundreds of events, we did 150 gigs in our busiest year!

We enjoy all of the events that we perform at, but particularly love playing at personal events such as weddings or birthday parties.

Our arrival is one hour before the first set. This allows us enough time to find the venue, meet our point of contact, set up, and sound check. We can arrive earlier for a small additional fee, if for example the room is not accessible due to speeches.

We tend to perform 2 x 45 minute sets with a 30 minute break between sets. We can however tailor sets and breaks to your needs, so please let us know what you have in mind when making an enquiry.
