Review Centre: Brass / Oompah / Marching Bands

"I reached out on lastminutemusicians in a desperate search for a band to lead our parade, with just 5 days to the event. Eugene responded within an hour, mentioning price, and that they could assist us at such short notice. During subsequent correspondence with Eugene, and on behalf of his band, they indicated that they were enthusiastic and motivated and interested to support our event which was great. It was extremely welcomed as we had no band for a major event with just 5 days to go, and we were so relieved thanks to Eugenes help. On the day they performed fantastically and the members of the parade and event attendees enjoyed the music. I'd highly recommend Eugene and his band."

"We hired the Dizzy Brasscals to perform at our wedding this weekend and they were next level INCREDIBLE!! They started by playing a traditional song we asked them to learn and really got the party started!! We have received all the most amazing feedback about them from our guests and hope we get to see them all perform again VERY SOON! For sure one of the best decisions we made for our special day! "Saw these guys at a gig in Bangor while I was visiting a mate who’s at uni there. While they were entertaining to Joe Bloggs, and a good laugh to be fair, as a musician I must be brutally honest and say I thought they were pretty ropey and out of tune! Fine after a few beers for a laugh but musically dodgy!"

"We had Deep Down Brass play at our wedding in the evening and it was the best decision we have ever made! They are absolutely incredible performers, had pretty much everyone in the venue singing and dancing and every person after the wedding has commented on how much fun they were! Their repertoire is great it covers so many genres so it’s bound to get everyone dancing, and they really know how to work the crowd to get everyone energised. We particularly loved the brass-led conga line and when the band mingled and danced with people whilst playing! Prior to the wedding talking to Ben to organise was just so easy, he was really responsive and helpful. Would also just like to say that as well as being incredibly talented brass players these guys just seem like great people, and we absolutely loved them! There seriously are not enough good words to say about them, my best advice is to book them now!!!"
