"Joe came and played for the 120 guests at our joint 70th birthday and 45th wedding anniversary party. He was fabulous. The only brief we gave him was as follows. We were very impressed by the quality of your playing on the website. As far as music goes for Saturday, we’d prefer an emphasis on Jazz, Latin, Spanish, S American rather than singalong stuff. This is incidental music that we hope will surprise and delight people. It should therefore also be things that you really enjoy playing. We heard how good you are on the demo tapes. Saturday is a chance for you to show how good you are and the range of your repertoire. Joe certainly fufilled the brief. We have had numerous email messages of thanks and alot of them commented upon the excellence of the music we had provided. I can certainly recommend Joe."

"Danny travelled to our Village Fair in North Lincolnshire and performed 2 fantastic 45 minute sets. He had a broad play list with something for everyone and even got a few of our revellers up on their feet dancing. Armed with just a guitar and microphone he was captivating and we would be delighted to invite him back again. Great job!"

"Meg was wonderful. She made everything so easy and straightforward to arrange up to the wedding day as well as on the day. So friendly and approachable I wouldn't hesitate to have her play at an event again. Her voice is beautiful and this was resonated throughout both sets she played (there were so many compliments from family and friends), especially with the songs we had picked to walk down the aisle and post-ceremony. Can't thank you enough!! "

"I would like to say that I feel privileged to have had Melisma performing at our retirement party. Everything about Melisma Jazz band was wonderful, they all looked very smart and professional and their performance was absolutley fantastic. Many asked where I had found them and others just thought I knew Sarah-Jane personally as she was so friendly! I cannot thank Melisma Jazz enough for making our event such a wounderful success, we will have lovely memories of the afternoon which seemed to end too soon - I just wanted them to play on and on! "Duncan played background music at our house warming party of around 75 people. His playing created a brilliant ambience meaning everyone felt comfortable and relaxed straight away.
