"From the planning stage through to the big day itself, Glow Band were an amazing part of our wedding celebration. They made it easy and effortless to plan what we wanted and we knew we were in safe, talented hands. As a slightly anxious wedding planner myself, I was calmed by knowing I could rely on them to deliver exactly what we dreamed of. On the day, we experienced some unexpected minor delays in the running of the day - Glow Band adapted instantly to these delays and timing changes and went with the flow. They were ready to start as soon as we needed, always happy to adjust timings where we asked. Having Glow Band perform a unique version of our aisle song was one of the highlights of our wedding day. The connection between Michelle and James meant that they knew how to seamlessly extend and adapt the song under pressure to allow me more time to prepare myself to walk in the bridal procession. Our wedding day then featured an acoustic set as well as an electric set to get the party started in the evening. Every guest enjoyed this part especially as we were all up, singing and dancing to the classic hits. Michelle’s presence and energy on stage is incredible and James’ guitar solos were an exceptional treat for us all. You can instantly tell these two are in their element as soon as you see them on stage together. They were even happy to let my saxophonist bridesmaid join them up on stage to perform together for a few numbers - their flexibility and openness with this meant a lot to me. Overall, we were thrilled to have Glow Band at our wedding: they truly livened up our intimate celebration and brought everyone together! "I could not have hoped for a better performer at my birthday party than the amazing Sharlette and her brilliant guitarist Sam. She is an incredible singer, with such a classy voice and gave a wonderful performance. So many of my guests commented on how good the duo were. Sharlette was also a pleasure to work with from our first phone call to the party itself. She could not have been more professional, helpful or more friendly! I would book her again in a heartbeat and I would recommend her (and Sam) to anyone looking for a great duo to make your bash a really fun night. Thank you SO MUCH, Sharlette and Sam! Julia "

"Sandy Smith once again took the roof off of the Frazer Theatre in Knaresborough last night. Her powerful voice genuinely rocked the venue with her tribute to Cilla Black in the first half and a walk down Memory Lane in the 60s for the second half. The Knaresborough crowd is usually quite reserved but the second half in particular had both the floor boards and the ceiling looking in danger of collapse. Sandy is not just a singer, she is a supreme entertainer with a genuine warmth that few performers can claim to have. This show is a must for any fan of the 60s era and her tribute to Cilla is both memorable and informative. A superb night of first class entertainment."

"I have seen some of Jo's performances and thoroughly enjoyed them all. I was blown away by her beautiful voice and all round talent. her performances are classy and she has a wonderful raport with her audience. Jo is charismatic, vivacious and enthusiastic which all comes so naturally to her. Thoroughly enjoyable entertainment with a huge dose of the "Feel Good" factor thrown in."

"Chris played at our wedding before, during and after our ceremony and with our song choices he set the mood beautifully. Chris has got a superb voice, is a very talented guitar player and has a wide repertoire of music. He accommodated all our music choices and learned a song special to us for the bride walking down the aisle. He was a pleasure to deal with."

"We booked Cat for my wedding in June. She was absolutely fantastic - a very skilful, sophisticated, classy and cool singer and pianist. She played during both the wedding ceremony and afterwards during cocktails and canopies and was fantastic. She has the ability to cover both classical and edgy new tunes which is perfect. Everyone at the wedding was impressed."

"James sang at my wife’s 50th bday party in our back garden. There was about 50 people there and he sang two sets. All I can say is he kept everyone on their feet and everyone had a great time. He sang various songs to suit our taste but most were from 80’s 90’s and 00’s. Great comms before and arrived on time and his set was great. Would highly recommend truly top bloke "

"We contacted Ben to see if he was available to come and sing at are 25th wedding anniversary and although he was already booked for that evening he managed to fit us in for a few hours earlier the same day. He did us proud and everyone loved what he did we would highly recommend him. Ben even managed to lean our wedding song on the day within a few minutes and played it so our daughter could sing it to us with Ben playing. "
