Review Centre: Solo Musicians

"Nazan sung live on air, on BBC Radio 3 “In Tune” with Sean Rafferty. This was for International Women’s Day, and she sung works by Muriel Herbert and Ella Jarmin Pinto. She did wonderfully- and also spoke articulately too. She sung with beauty, excellent radio diction, was able to communicate the emotionally complex subject material and did so whilst pregnant! Fantastic. We’d love to have her back at some stage."

"We hired will to play 2 hours at a 30th birthday party in a pub, it was a mix of 30-82 year olds and we wanted 90’s bangers . Will was amazing and was the highlight of the evening. The song choices were perfect , everyone was singing along and dancing , he even learnt a few new ones for our evening after specifying some favorite bands of ours. Everyone was mesmerized by how good Wills voice was and he even played for an extra half an hour than paid for. I wouldn’t hire anyone other than will for any future events ! Thanks will ! "

Whether she's playing keyboard or acoustic guitar, she has captivated her audiences. Her original songs are beautifully written and really stay with you long after hearing them. "Roger made my birthday very special he played for longer than he was supposed too. He played music for everyone’s choice, even gave microphones to my guests to sing. It was a lovely day. A memory not just for me but all my family and guests will cherish forever. They still talk about it! They say best doo ever and we’re a big family, we’ve had lots of them! "DJ Shel did a great job. He was good at reading the room and getting tracks that get people to dance. We had a lot of French and Irish people at the wedding (as well as British ones) and each country was well looked after with "local" tracks that people loved. I am a French reviewer but loved how Sheldon got our Irish guests to go crazy on the dance floor ! All in all: highly recommended. "

"Georgia was fantastic. She met up with us prior to our wedding and was very receptive to our ideas an requests for the day - she learned quite a few songs for us. The songs she played during the ceremony came across perfectly and were exactly what we wanted and the set she performed during our drinks reception was equally impressive. All of our guests commented on how good she was, so we were extremely happy with how it all went and we would definitely recommend her to others."
