Review Centre: Solo Musicians

"Antony played at our wedding ceremony in July of 2018 at Mitton Hall. We were searching for someone who could take electronic dance songs and translate them into music suitable for a wedding ceremony. Antony did an amazing job. Many of our guests commented on how good the ceremony music was. Antony was able to adjust to the timings of the day and created a wonderful atmosphere. So much so, that one of our close friends asked Antony to play at his wedding the following year. We were amazed with how accommodating Antony was, helping us find the right piano, producing recordings for our wedding video and being early on the day to make sure everything was ready to go. Highly recommended. True artist."

"Holly played for us at a military dinner night and she was an instant hit with our members. Her mixture of old and new music was great and it was nice to her some pop music being played on the Harp. We will most definitly be using holly again."

"Great Night had by all! I booked Joe for my husbands 50th birthday party. He played 2 brilliant sets which were full of all our favourite songs. Lots of dancing and singing, even a duet with the birthday boy. I would definitely recommend Joe. Hopefully see him performing again soon. "

"Colin played as we left the church for my late fathers funeral, and walked (and played) in front of the funeral car as he was led into the crematorium. A very sad day for us all but a beautiful memory and such a personal tribute to him for which we can't thank Colin enough. Sad but amazing, and commented on by all who attended. Thank you Colin for making such an emotional and devastating day for us into something that holds a beautiful memory for us all. You helped us make a good send off into a 'great' send off. "My sister’s wedding was a small, intimate fun one and Nigel on piano was an important part of creating the warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. "Right from when I first spoke to Harriet I knew she would make our wedding so special as she is so lovely and made an effort to know more about us and what we wanted our day to be like. The whole process from booking to picking our songs etc. was very easy for us and she was super organised and approachable. It was so magical hearing her play when we arrived at the venue and as soon as I heard her music I was emotional. Harriet played music before out ceremony, for the ceremony and also for our drinks reception, which set the tone for the day and everyone loved it. We were spoilt for choice when it came to picking songs from her repertoire and she even learnt a Bob Marley song for us, which we had chosen to remind us of our engagement in Jamaica, and one of my favourite memories of the day was walking down the aisle to A Million Dreams from The Greatest Showman. Thank you Harriet for your beautiful music and for making our day extra memorable. "

"The most amazing music experience for our wedding day, setting the scene as though we were in a fairytale. I cannot recommend Kim and the string quartet enough for how immaculate the music was, and for playing for a considerably large chunk of the day. Of all the elements of the wedding day, we had by far the most comments about how incredible the string quartet were. With such a vast array of music in their repertoire it made it such an enjoyable experience to hear the different songs throughout the day. Thank you for making our wedding day so memorable!"
