"I had the pleasure of working with Hugh and Nathan for a 50th Birthday celebration in Chester recently, I cannot express enough how impressed I was with their talent and professionalism. From the moment they stepped into the venue, it was clear that they were committed to creating an incredible atmosphere and ensuring that everyone had a fantastic time. First and foremost, their music selection was absolutely on point. They seamlessly mixed various genres and eras, keeping the dance floor packed and energized throughout the night. Their ability to read the crowd and adjust the music accordingly was truly remarkable. It felt like they had an intuitive sense of what would get everyone moving and grooving, and they delivered it flawlessly. Not only was the music outstanding, but the DJ's technical skills were also top-notch. The transitions between songs were smooth and seamless, creating a continuous flow of energy that kept the party going. Their mastery of beatmatching and mixing was evident, and it elevated the entire experience to a whole new level. The sound quality was fantastic, and they had a great understanding of how to adjust the volume and EQ to suit the venue and the crowd. Beyond their musical talents, Hugh and Nathan are true professionals. They arrived early to set up their equipment and made sure everything was in perfect order. Throughout the event, they maintained a positive and friendly attitude, interacting with the guests and taking requests with enthusiasm. Their ability to connect with the crowd and create a fun and engaging atmosphere was remarkable. "OMG!!! Everyone loved your portraits, and you managed to fit so many people in. Many people's Facebook portraits have now become your work :) The birthday boy loved his mug and coaster, but was even more amazed by his framed portrait, which now has pride of place in the living room. Will definitely book you again if I have any other events, and know that lots of people who attended wanted your details for their events, too. "The best dj money can buy! DJ-V was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very professional from the get-go, but he was also very energetic and enjoyable to talk to. He is also very organized and make sure he knows every detail. We were having an American wedding in England, so it was quite different from the typical British wedding as the DJ is the one that runs the show and keeps the day on track. We asked DJ-V if he would be able to do announcements and bridal party intros for us and he did it perfectly. He also knows how to get the party going! He plays multiple genres of music and listens eagerly to what the couple does or does not want played. His saxophone skills are also second to none! We were amazed how he was able to DJ, but also time the saxophone performances throughout the set. I'd STRONGLY RECOMMEND DJ-V to anyone I knew - he is as reasonably priced as DJ's come and he will do everything he can to make your day special."
