Review Centre: Singing Pianists

"I honestly don't know where to start with writing this review! We booked Sam for our wedding day at Chycara on the 25th of May 2019. Sarah at the last minute musicians was very thorough and made the whole process of booking Sam very easy and enjoyable. Great contact up until the wedding day and even after! Sam - WOW! I don't even know what to say. His voice is outstanding. We had a rustic/barn wedding and we love acoustic music and Sam was absolutely perfect for this. ALL of my guests complemented Sam and his performance's. Sam was so friendly, interacted with the guests and made our day that little bit more special. I am overwhelmed with how much he fitted in with our big day and i will remember and cherish it forever! Thank you Sarah and thank you Sam!! Rosie & Sam Barnes "

"Liam was absolutely fantastic! We had him perform at our engagement party. He played upbeat classics that got the party on the dancefloor and singing along. Liam also learnt a couple of songs that we really wanted to hear! Liam is very friendly, and was super responsive over email. Couldn’t recommend him more."

"We were all very, very pleased with the party (a large venue and a small number of people, but I think we managed to fill it with a lot of laughs and a lot of happiness for everyone who could attend) and your part, Kasia was integral to the whole thing. "Excellent musician, his tone was beautiful and music choice was great. Sam was very nice and even managed to play in near pitch black as we didnt massively think through lighting and even with wandering guests he was very nice. Would highly reccomend "

"Your quiet, dignified and varied selection of music was exactly in keeping with what we enjoy, rather than some loud pre-recorded "muzac" which prevents social intercourse and totally dominates the whole proceedings. Your musicianship is without question as you handled most professionally the transition between keyboard, vocals, and different styles. The pieces selected by you perfectly represented the progress of the club from inception in 1935 and were performed with great empathy and musicianship. With best wishes Robin"

"Michael was absolutely brilliant, I can not recommend him highly enough. He got back to me quickly after I made the initial enquiry, kind & efficient. On the day of the party he turned up on time, looking so smart & played wonderful jazzy tunes at our request . He is an accomplished musician and created a really great atmosphere. "We booked Chris to play for the full day of our wedding in November 2023. He was amazing and I would highly recommend! Chris was extremely helpful from initial contact right up to the day of the wedding. Chris set up and played for our ceremony, drinks reception and full dinner meal. He plays piano and also sings, which was so lovely and created a lovely atmosphere for the full day! We are delighted that Chris was part of our wedding day and would highly recommend!"

"Danny was the perfect choice for our wedding entertainment. From our first dance to the last song, he had the whole room mesmerized with his beautiful voice and incredible piano playing. His music created the perfect atmosphere for our special day, and we couldn't have asked for more. Danny even took the time to learn a special song that we wanted for our first dance, which made the moment even more magical. "Beci was absolutely brilliant. From start to finish when we were organising a surprise birthday gig she was great to deal with, helped with choices, and a really lovely person to deal with. Then the performance was just incredible. Really relaxed feel, amazing voice, used guitar, added in loop pedal and then did Rick Astley Never gonna give you up on the violin - pure genius. Wouldn’t hesitate to book Beci again, super talented, amazing voice, and to be honest simply a lovely person."
