"Myself and my daughter selected Andy from various videos. We were looking for someone who could entertain ALL of our guests (we had a 200 strong guest list from 9 - 90 years old) and he seemed to have a cross generational appeal which we both liked. I must say, we are absolutely delighted with our choice! Andy made the whole process so easy for us. He is so easy to deal with and organised all of the lighting and sound equipment required, and DJ'd the party as well! His swing act is absolutely top notch - very polished and professional but with a touch of mischievous spontaneity which makes it obvious that he has studied the Masters of the genre, and is also a fan. A stunning voice and a superb rapport with his audience, Andy had the entire crowd in the palm of his hand. It was a delight to witness. As for the guest of honour (a life long swing fan), all that hubby could say was 'outstanding!' High praise indeed from a man of few words. If you are considering a swing act, I have no reservation in recommending Andy Ax. "

"Hi Shaun - just wanted to say a massive thank you for performing at our daughters wedding on Saturday 25th July 2015. You was brilliant and absolutely went down a storm. Our son in law is a massive UB40 fan so he was delighted with your act. Everyone commented on how great your two sets were and how fantastic your voice was !! thank you also for letting the groom take the mike to sing his rendition of Kingston Town lol !! great audience participation and certainly a performance that has left a lasting impression on our wedding guests. Keep doing your thing with so much passion and any one who books you in the future will not be disappointed xx Many thanks again for truly making our daughters wedding one to remember. You can spend all the money in the world on weddings but you have to have great entertainment in the evening with an amazing crowd to have a great wedding. "We booked the Through the Decades trio for a surprise party for my father’s 60th birthday. We were absolutely thrilled with the performance! The band contacted us beforehand to tailor the performance to the event, and they put together a fantastic show of 1940s music, and when we told them that the guest of honour was an RAF veteran, they suggested that they perform in RAF uniforms, which was a lovely touch. All three of the singers were wonderful. The performance was perfect, very slick and well choreographed, and they engaged the audience. On top of the outstanding quality of the group, they were also incredibly friendly and helpful, they were personable and professional when setting up, and they stayed after the show to take pictures with the guests and wish my father a happy birthday, which was just the icing on the cake. I really cannot overstate how impressed we were with the group, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vintage act to perform at an event."

"This was amazing mere words cannot describe the feeling I had when they first came out onto the stage it was magical. He is the best tribute to MJ that I have ever seen and I have seen a few. This man is completely professional and at the same time made us all feel as if we knew him. A TOP CLASS ACT and the dancers were incredible . He certainly has that aura about him that Michael had when he was in concert here many many years ago. Some of my guests knew I had booked a tribute to Michael but not all and they were both amazed and thrilled. He came out into the audience and just seemed relaxed and his voice is also incredible. I*f ever he comes to town toa venue near me that any one can go to myself and my family would willingly pay to go see him again he was that great."

"My new wife and I booked 106 miles to Chicago for our wedding. We were looking for a band with a set list of songs that people were going to know and dance to… and with 106 Miles to Chicago we got all that and more! Very professional, great interaction with the audience and a set list that kept us and our guests dancing and singing from the first song to the last. Andy finished off the evening with a DJ set that picked up exactly where the live performance finished, with everyone dancing and singing along until it was time to go home. 106 Miles to Chicago are excellent - They definitely helped make our day memorable.
