Review Centre: Solo Musicians

"Thought it was time to leave this for Nick, he has been playing here at our club since 1999, in all those years you would have thought the shows would be stale or predictable but as many on here have said, never are two shows the same, he may in fact make a point of changing things knowing it keeps the audience interested. Nick takes you through many genres, at times a fantastic crowd pleasing sing a long then off we head to the dance floor for wall to wall classics, did i mention he has some sublime guitar skills with a blemish free voice ? The feedback we get from our audience is always 10/10 and "when is he here next ?" I'm now starting to sound like one of his fan club so now have to stop !!! A well liked and respected man. "

"Carlos played sax and DJ at my Mum's 60th birthday and was just great. He played the sax beautiful and knew exactly what songs to play at the right time of the night. Would highly recommend, thank you Carlos for a great night!"

"Lunar Acoustic played at our wedding and it was just wonderful! They learned new songs for us and played them perfectly. We had a father daughter dance, a first dance and a family dance. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house! Everyone commented on how good these two were. They played a range of beautiful songs, catering to all tastes and making sure all of our guests had a chance to dance and sing along. They were just a perfect addition to our day and I’m so glad we chose these two to get our night started! Thank you so much."

"Wow what can I say!! What an incredible performance Madhu put on and such an amazing and special addition to our party. Everybody absolutely loved it and we partied the evening away. Incredible choice of music, Madhu is really interactive and gets everybody up dancing and singing along. Everybody was raving about it! A definite rebook and worth every single penny! "Sammy sang at our memorial event in honour of our mum who died during lockdown and wasn't able to have a proper send off. She was kind and sensitive and understood exactly what we wanted, creating a lovely set list that set just the right mood, and she read the room really well to give the event a celebratory rather than a somber feeling. By the end she had everyone up dancing and singing, and even stayed later so that my sister could be there for the last dance after having to take a family member home. Sammy has a beautiful voice and accomodated all of our requests so we could have all mum's favourite songs. We had so many people asking where we found her and wanting to book her for their own events! She's a lovely, warm person and she made the day really special. I know my mum would have loved her too. Thanks so much Sammy x"

"Never having hired a singer before, I was worried as it was a surprise for my daughters wedding. I needn't have been. Very professional from contact, to the performance. She sourced a male singer for me , John Prescott, who was equally spectacular, to accompany her on my request. I cannot express how pleased I was with the whole performance. All of the guests commented on how wonderful the singers were. I cannot thank Mollie and John enough for their wonderful performance, which embellished my husband's speech and made it totally unforgettable. I cannot recommend Mollie and John enough and would not hesitate to hire them again one day. "

"This guy is an angel with a microphone, he is also a brilliant DJ. His absolute attention to detail is to be admired. I had a room full of people tonight in Titchfield and they were all asking me where did I hear about this guy, especially my mum and Aunties. Claire and I would definitely have Darren again and tbh looking for an excuse to do so."

"Paula came to my home to play for my daughter’s surprise Birthday party- her performance was divine!!!! First and foremost she arrived early to set up on time ,her set up was very pretty.She was very patient and professional . We were meant to start at 5.30 but didn’t start till 6 pm , she was very friendly and understanding. Paula played for more than an hour instead of 30 mins. She played with so much passion.She played so well and graced the occasion. All the guest at the party requested for her business card. My daughter was overwhelmed. Paula made it extra special. My daughter said “Paula you are definitely playing at my wedding” She also played some special songs for the celebrant. She was affordable too- she definitely plays due to the pleasure she derives from it rather than the financial benefit. Paula thank u so much for making the occasion enjoyable, classy n memorable. Our path will surely cross again in the nearest future. I’m very very impressed. We love you❤️❤️"
