"We haven't really had the time to relax yet, and proper thank you’s are on their way! However, it was really important to us to write a quick thank you to you both for the simply perfect performance you did for us on our wedding day in Domfront, France ! Church, lake and party! We really couldnt have imagined it being more perfect!!! And we have you guys to thank for a lot of that. We really appreciated the “little touches” like in the songs in the Church and our personal song at the lake! And above all! You got everyone on the dance floor from the moment you started and I cannot tell you how many people have said that it was the best party and best live band they have ever been to at a wedding. (we will be finding a way to write this in a review for you guys). Barrie, you have been a massive help! and made the whole experience not only possible, but enjoyable. It was a real pleasure to meet you guys and I will certainly be recommending you guys to people in the future. I hope you managed to get back ok the next day and that you also managed to have a good time yourself after your set was done, But we really appreciated you staying late, as the meal massively over run! And thank you for accomodating my Dad, as this meant a lot to me. Ok , well! Back to reality. (Trine says hi and a massive thank you personally) Really hope we might see you guys at a gig in the future! All the best and thank you again to you both."

"I contacted Sandy whilst out in Corfu as a surprise for my daughter's wedding and couldn't have been more blown away. She sang my daughter's favourite song of Feels like Home and sang it beautifully which reduced my daughter and everyone else to tears (happy ones may I add). I just want to thank her and her partner David for the most memorable occasion and couldn't rate her high enough and recommend her for any future occasions. I certainly will be using her again."

"I first came across Billy busking in Oxford. His skilful playing caught my ear instantly and I was hooked. I researched him, listened to him online and wanted him to play for our reception drinks at our wedding. All the communication with him was excellent. On the day itself Billy was perfect, his repertoire consists of a great balance for everyone. So many people were saying how incredible he was and even the staff at the venue, were asking me where I found him. I can only hope Billy has continued success. I recall a moment at our wedding, Billy was playing a Queen song, I looked around and everyone was just having the best time drinking pimms enjoying the music. Thanks Billy for the memories! I couldn’t recommend you enough, you are so talented."

"Having Lyra Strings play at our wedding was an absolute joy. From our very first conversation, she was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail, ensuring all our requests were handled in such a personal and reassuring way. We had a specific song in mind for the start of our ceremony, and Lyra Strings performed it beautifully. It created the most romantic and emotional atmosphere, and so many of our guests came up to tell us how much they loved it. Even days later, we were still receiving messages about how her music was one of the standout moments of the day. We chose a mix of classical and modern pieces, and each one was performed with such elegance—it truly set the tone for a perfect day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lyra Strings. "Josie played at our garden Wedding.It was a glorious Sunny day and a very personal friendly affair.Josie was perfect.The ambience she created with her music and romantic flair was a huge part of the ceremony.From the march down the aisle(the longest walk) to music throughout the gathering and special recquested pieces.She helped enormously prior to the 'big day' and I would not hesitate to recommend her.Beautifully clothed and very attractive so complete is her ensemble. "I booked Ant to surprise my boyfriend with a marriage proposal on 7th Feb 2021. He was so professional, friendly and down to earth. Great communication & flexibility before the event. It went absolutely perfectly, how I dreamed and he even learned a new song for us. His voice was beautiful and bless his fingers turning purple in the icy cold wind. I will definitely be in touch with Ant when lockdowns & viruses are done with to play at our wedding. Much love Ant, can’t thank you enough! x"

"Martin played at our Wedding party in our garden. He was great! Well organised before hand and easy to deal with. He bought his own PA and just needed some electricity and a dry place. The music Martin played was suitable for the occasion and he'd added music of our choice to his repertoire. Martin was able to respond to requests. There was lots of positive comment from our quests and we were told that people waiting at the nearby bus stop were tapping their feet. Martin was an excellent addition to our day and so much cooler than a conventional DJ."
