"I have over the years booked many artists for events, when I booked the Joe Loss warm up band for one event, I never thought any one would surpass their performance until last Thursday, 15th December 2022. But Sandy Smith topped it, she was outstanding and her wonderful personality, her wide range of songs, her interaction with our members made our Annual Christmas Dinner one to remember. In view of her professional background I did not think that she would travel over 140 miles to our event, which on the scale of events was very small but she was so warm and accommodating she left us all spellbound. My problem will be booking anybody as good. Sandy you deserve the success you have made for yourself, our sincere best wishes for the future. "Wow..."Newcastle's got talent" I'm struggling to find words that will do justice to highlight the performance Neil gave at my daughters wedding. We were blown away with his ability to go from Roy Orboson to Pablo Nuntini, his vocal range is awesome, an extremely talented musician. Neil is a dedicated professional on every level from start to finish. "Meredith's music was breathtaking which helped to make our day perfect. She was friendly and approachable and was happy to chat to our guests without being obtrusive. Her music was modern and recognisable with many compliments from our guests on how talented she was. Meredith played in three different locations which complimented the wedding greatly and we could not have asked for anything more! We would recommend Meredith to anyone and everyone as we thought she was amazing!!"

"We had Pat and his bagpipes at our wedding on 19th September 2015 and he was fantastic. The music was brilliant and it added something really special to our day. He looked brilliant to, his uniform was immaculate. He was friendly and polite and what made it special was that he was rally enjoying the day and location. We can not say enough good things about Pat, we would have him play at other events and highly recommend him for any special occasions. Pat contacted us before the day and we spoke about music choice and he delivered an excellent selection of Music. The service we have received from Last Minute Musicians has been brilliant and would use this service again."

"We decided late in the day that live music would enhance our summer party. We looked at a number of groups but The Mid Atlantic Sax Trio seemed best to fit the bill. Their sample videos impressed and we were confident to book them. They arrived on time, were extremely courteous and engaged with our guests taking requests and playing a few encores which was welcome. We have no hesitation at all recommending them to other clients. We will be asking them to return in 2018 for our next summer event."

"Stephen came in to entertain for a function booked in the restaurant. The guests all had a great time and asked if we'd booked him but we were happy to accept plenty of compliments on his behalf for him. He played a great variety of tunes that had the whole of the dancefloor going and he was inundated with requests for some rather contemporary songs but still delivered, needless to say - I grabbed his card to make sure I could refer more parties to him! Wicked sense of humour, great entertainer and we'd love to have him back here at No.1 The Crescent in Selby!"
