"Would just like to say I can not rate Martin highly enough. He was absolutely fantastic. Set up whilst we were getting married and played our exit song as me and Steve walked out of the ceremony. This was a planned surprise for Steve. Martin played all the songs I requested and more. Our meal was running late and Martin continued to play over his booked time. Everyone commented on how good he was. Lovely man very friendly and great saxophonist Thankyou Martin "

"It was a pleasure to have Oliver play an hour set for our joint 30/60th birthday party this weekend. From the beginning of the booking he was very accommodating and really easy to get in touch with. Many of our guest commented how brilliant the performance was; the acoustic set worked perfectly for the smallish venue and Oliver sounded fab. His music added something really special to the party! "I must express my thanks to Debbie. She did a great performance at our recent corporate dinner/dance and everyone genuinely enjoyed it. Which is a first for us!! The music was gauged perfectly all night - smooth and mellow to begin, followed by more up-tempo songs after dinner to get everyone up and dancing. I would have no hesitation is recommending you to others."

"So many people have commented on how much they enjoyed the music... I'm sure that people were dancing because they couldn't resist your fiddle playing. Also it was delightful to be able to talk between dances, yet also listen to and enjoy your harp playing. Your contribution to the success of our day is immeasurable. You are a delightful musician and charming too!"

"Modern Strings did a fantastic job at our wedding. I asked for a string trio. They followed my instructions to the letter and were very cooperative during the event and in the run up to it. They brilliantly played additional pieces of music that were not on their repertoire. They also beautifully played a mixture of classical and popular songs. All guests commented how well they played and what a fantastic idea it was to have a live trio at our wedding. The trio were smiley and extremely friendly and reliable on our wedding day. I would recommend their services to my best of friends and family and would employ their services again should I have another event. Very well done and thank you for making our special day even more special. "

"Hands down one of the best decisions I made asking JayRar to play at my wedding. He played during our ceremony and after the ceremony in a sweltering glass house (sorry about that!) and he was sensational. Literally no guests at the wedding gave JayRar any less than 10/10. Fantastic voice, really lovely and accommodating person. I thought I had my cool until I heard him sing just before entering the ceremony, and couldn't keep myself together after that. I cannot suggest him enough, and everyone has been jealous that they didn't have him for their wedding! "
