"David has performed at The Snaffle Bit numerous times, and he has been an incredible addition to our pub. He is an amazing performer and musician. David has a way of performing as a solo act while at the same time knowing when to include our customers in his performances. On various occasions David has let our customers choose a song that he will play and let our patrons sing to on the microphone. Many of our regular customers have requested that he come back and perform at The Snaffle. We have a wide variety of young and old customers and David has mastered the art of playing old school and current music, in an effort to cater to the masses which he does very well. We really enjoy having him in our pub and I highly recommend him as an artist."

"We booked Philly for our wedding and were completely wowed by her performance. She sang and played beautifully and you could hear a pin drop as she encapsulated our guests. Right from the beginning of the booking process she handled herself with a brilliant professionalism and it became obvious we’d made a great choice straight away. She was flexible to our needs, confident in her approach to performing, and played with the natural ease of a really experienced performer. Lots of our guests commented on how she was a real natural and her manner onstage (and a voice that could stop you in your tracks) made our day perfect. We cant wait to book her again."

"11/10 Rich played at our wedding celebration party in July 2025. He asked me what kind of music we like, I gave him a few examples (e.g. Bon Jovi, U2, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran) and the rest was the matter of Rich's magic and talent. A one man band, surprising how on his own he crates the sound of the whole band! For our wedding Rich managed to persuade my son to join him as a second guitar, which was fantastic. We also attended other Rich's gigs where he performs on his own and the sound is equally great. We are lucky and grateful he did live music at our wedding. Highly recommend!"

Chris was on time, very professional and friendly, everyone asked where we had booked Chris and had nothing but positive comments on his performance some of whom are in the music industry themselves. "The Laurels played at our wedding and were fantastic, everything we wanted. They are professional, friendly and clearly talented. Everything was easy to arrange, we tailored our playlist, they were prompt and totally self sufficient, played a couple of great sets and mingled seamlessly in their breaks. Loads of our favourite songs, all beautifully sang in a great acoustic style. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - thanks so much. "

"Stuart was easy to deal with from the word go. He’s polite, professional and had an amazing repertoire. He plays the guitar beautifully and had already co-ordinated everything with the venue before arriving. Stuart was a hit with all our guests, definitely would highly recommend for weddings."
