"Rory was absolutely fantastic at our wedding. All my guests commented on how good he was from start to finish, the music was perfect. He made all my guests feel relaxed and made it really enjoyable. I got chance to have a quick chat to Rory and he's such a lovely person too. I really recommend Rory to anybody who is looking for a saxophonist at a reasonable price too. It was all perfect thank you so much Tracy & Mick's wedding."

" I booked The Verve jazz duo for my garden party to celebrate my birthday on the 15th of July 2017 after a recommendation from a friend. It was a huge success and we still talk about it to this day. The guys were really professional and friendly but, most importantly, played some wonderful and passionate jazz which made the day very special. Everybody loved it and the guys created the perfect ambiance for the event. The piano and double bass was a surprisingly full sound and the level of musicianship was absolutely top notch throughout. "If you do anything today, book Sounds of Brazil!!! We had them play at our wedding and they were out of this world. They got everyone dancing and are so so talented, we still have people who were at the wedding complimenting how amazing they are. We feel blessed to have come across them on last minute musicians. Just perfect. "

"We organized a surprise birthday party for my sister, and this Latin duo absolutely stole the show. She was already emotional from the surprise—but when they started playing her favorite Latin classics from the ’70s and ’80s, she was completely blown away. Their performance turned what could’ve been a simple gathering into something unforgettable. The vibe was warm, intimate, and full of joy. At first people were just tapping their feet, but by the second set, the dancing had started—and didn’t stop. What really stood out was how personal it all felt. They interacted with the guests, shared a few words between songs, and even dedicated one to the birthday girl—which made her tear up (in the best way). Everyone kept asking where we found them. It wasn’t just live music—it was the heart of the party. We couldn’t have asked for more."

"Absolutely amazing!! We hired Mariachi Las Valentinas for a Mexican Day of the Dead party and were totally blown away by the quality of the music and the talent of the musicians. They really made the party go with a swing, and played a really good mixture of fast songs that had the audience up and dancing, and some slower songs that gave people a chance to catch their breath. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they brought so much joy to our party - more than happy to personally recommend if there's anyone out there in two minds about whether to book them, just contact us via thephoenixgarden.org and we'll give you any extra details you need. Totally brilliant and we just can't thank this wonderful band enough - we had so many comments from local families who attended the event and told us how much they enjoyed the music. It almost felt as though we'd got some old friends to come and perform for us. If you're thinking of music for your party we'd wholeheartedly recommend Mariachi Las Valentinas - just please don't book them for any Day of the Dead events, because well be needing them again!!"
