"SJC played as a quartet at a private event to celebrate my birthday. They were very professional and courteous. They set up in good time before the event and were very accommodating for my specific needs."

"Rory headlined the annual Painswick Feast Festival 2023. He created a lovely ambience with beautiful Bossa Nova arrangements complemented with saxophones, flute, and vocals in both Portuguese and English, bringing the sunshine out of all who attended. Many visitors and locals stopped, listened, and picnicked to the music of Rory. Weeks later, and he is still being talked about! Rory was a huge success and already booked again for 2024 through public demand."

"We invited The Hornbrokers over the Jubilee weekend celebration at Livat Hammersmith. They created such a happy, cheerful atmosphere, our visitors loved their performance. They even made people dance and sing along. Chris is not only a great musician but a lovely and friendly person. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his band to anyone looking for a music band to perform at any venue. IKEA"

"We just wanted to say an enormous THANK YOU to you and Alex for the fantastic set you did on Saturday at Ben’s 40’s Themed 40th Birthday Party! You were so friendly and helpful that many of the guests assumed you were friends of Ben’s. Well you are now! Your voices and Alex’s guitar playing were really lovely and the choice of songs was spot on. I really appreciated the way you took charge of any announcements and navigated the events during the evening without ever taking over, so that it took away any stress from us. Thanks also for enabling Izzy to use the backing tracks so that she could sing some special songs for Ben .You both really helped to make the evening such an enjoyable event for all involved. Lots of people commented on the music and wanted to know who you were, and the staff at the venue said how much they had enjoyed the music and the atmosphere it created. I know Ben will be in touch with you soon, but once again thank you both so much again for helping to make the event ‘go with a swing’ so that we all had a really lovely evening. Your warmth and humour with all our family and friends has repeatedly been commented upon also your voice! "Lady Luck at our Christmas party were out of this world and really made our evening. They we're professional and went above and beyond to make sure the night went smoothly for us. They're performance was out of this world and kept everyone talking about the event every since!! The songs they chose and the quality and standard of each member of the band really stood out, the drummer was amazing and got soooo many comments. Not to mention the lead singer who's vocals we out of this world - on point! Highly recommend Lady Luck to anyone and would love to work with them again in the future. "

"- very good experience - played background music for our drinks reception and it fit very well with the set up we wanted for the day - arrangements on the day went smoothly with no help needed from my side. Makes a huge difference for the bride and groom when they don’t need to be involved on the day - excellent music playing would recommend to others for their wedding All in all a very positive experience and I’d recommend to others ?"
