"What can I say? DIVINE! Lovely vocals and keyboard accompaniment. Terrific variety of songs. Worked and interacted with the crowd in a terrific way. Could have listened to them for hours. Wherever they play, *DO* go see them. You will not be disappointed!"

We really appreciate how flexible you've been throughout the pandemic to ensure that you were able to play for us. I think it's safe to say that you all smashed it, and hopefully you enjoyed playing a full set to a proper crowd. We have had so much positive feedback about both the duo set and the two band sets, we couldn't be happier with how the day went and you guys really made massive difference to our reception and we are so glad we waited to see you in full swing."

"God gave you voices and boy…. do you know how to use them! You set the mood just wonderfully. Everyone was breaking down with tears of joy. This artist, with a voice beyond her years, has the ability to adapt to any crowd keeping them enthralled and embody a character with her acting ability and stage presence. "Wow! What an amazing day. The band were outstanding and stunning. The whole band could not be faulted. You made the night so special and memorable. Their talent, professionalism and pure music expertise made the wedding a music magical experience. Everyone commented how brilliant the band were all night. Everyone up on the dance floor right up to the end of the last number and our guests could not get enough and wanted more. I would like to thank you for all your help and time spent throughout the whole process and production to enable 1st September 2018 being a fantastic life event. Please thank the whole band including the sound technician/engineer (sorry I forgot his name) for all their hard work, effort and pure entertainment on our wedding day. "

"The band were absolutely 10/10. We hired ‘The Marvellous Motown Souls’ (10 piece) for our wedding. My goodness, this band are awesome! They were first class from start to finish. The communication from James when planning was outstanding. They learnt multiple additional songs at a request without additional charge. They even accommodated my terrible singing on stage for one song. Our venue commented on how polite and helpful the band were when they were setting up their equipment and instruments. The full and polished sound they produce is quite simply First Class. Our dance floor was packed from start to finish. So many of our guests have commented on how fantastic the band were. Guys you really made our wedding reception super special and we are so very grateful to you. If you are searching for a wedding band then you really can’t do any better than The Marvellous Motown Souls."

"I was excited when I met Joe and Dora on the Princess Crown Cruise in November. I was with two other couples for the special entertainment a few times in the Bar Lounge on the ship. It was a lot of fun listening to your music and dancing. I would like to let you know what happened a funny story when I first met them. As my friends were getting their formal pictures taken just before me in line, I suddenly decided that as I was single at this cruise, I would ask have my formal portrait with a dashing man standing behind me in line. I wanted to get a picture with a handsome young man to make my Single lady friends jealous at home. Wow! What a surprise when he said “ Great, but how would you like Adorra with you . Thank you so much for taking your picture with me. I was grateful for your generosity and kindness. The cruise was so memorable for me because of all of you. Thank you again."
