""We booked Fifi and Rico to play some music for my 30th birthday, a 1920's themed night in a large house. They were extremely professional and friendly and tailored the music to fit in with the evening. Everyone though they were wonderful and really helped make the night extra special. I think my favourite part of the whole weekend was when everyone was up dancing to Fifi’s and Rico's music. Would certainly recommend! Thank you Fifi and Rico!" "

"Max was very friendly and easy to talk to. He can play a great selection of songs and everyone said how amazing he was at our wedding. Through the ceremony, I could hear him playing and it just sounded beautiful! Would highly recommend Max for any event to add a touch of class and live music! Thanks Max! "

"Adam was the perfect musician for our party. We wanted to have background music that held interest for a mixed age range and still allowed people to talk and mingle. The range of pieces Adam chose was perfect - and several guests mentioned how brilliant the music was. We all had a fantastic evening and feel that Adam was central to the lovely atmosphere."

"Phil played at our wedding 2 days ago at Lincoln Castle. His standard of performance was really excellent, fantastic singer. Phil took the time to learn our first dance song too and played it perfectly. Since it was a such hot day Phil also improvised and moved his kit around so as to play outside for a time (it was getting very warm in our TeePees) which gave a really chilled out and relaxed feel to the day, playing with the beautiful backdrop of Lincoln Castle with guests sitting on hay bails and dancing was special too. A 10/10 service for sure (I think my cousin even tried to book him for their wedding next year too such was his level of performance and friendly persona). Thanks for being part of our special day Phil, we really appreciate it. Samantha & Michael."

"I would like to say that I feel privileged to have had Melisma performing at our retirement party. Everything about Melisma Jazz band was wonderful, they all looked very smart and professional and their performance was absolutley fantastic. Many asked where I had found them and others just thought I knew Sarah-Jane personally as she was so friendly! I cannot thank Melisma Jazz enough for making our event such a wounderful success, we will have lovely memories of the afternoon which seemed to end too soon - I just wanted them to play on and on! "I came across Billy at the Edinburgh Festival in 2016 when we did a BBC Radio show together. He was quick-witted, funny, and wonderfully, prodigiously talented. I invited him to do a slot on my show later that week and in the dressing room afterwards he busked with the group of beat-boxers that shared our venue, playing Stairway to Heaven to their acoustic accompaniment. He's super-likeable, always experimenting and choosing interesting, different arrangements (think Jamie Cullum). Hope to see him again soon- he's definitely a (guitar) star!"

"I liked the fact that when booking it was 'relaxed' in that it was not too rigid with the timing. Unfortunate that Hannah was sick but this made no difference to my party as Sarah -Jane stepped in. Again flexibility (on both sides) resulted in a great performance - we received lots of compliments only downside was that we were unable to listen as much as we would have liked to .... There's always a next time. ..... We and especially our guests thoroughly enjoyed the performance - very happy to recommend . Ann & Antonio"
