Review Centre: Wedding Singers

"On June 7th this year, my wife and I were lucky enough to enjoy a wonderful performance by Catherine, at our wedding celebrations in Cumbria. We had scoured the internet in search of a suitable musician to provide something special for us and our guests to enjoy and having listened to Catherine's tracks on line, we were hopeful we had made the right choice but as ever with these things we were still a little nervous. Catherine had been wonderfully helpful at every stage in our frantic planning and organisation answering every question we had. She was very accommodating when we asked for a specific handful of songs to be performed by her during her set. Yet being in a band and knowing that we had invited some of our fellow musicians to our wedding we still waited to see whether they would hear what we had heard in her voice. Our nerves were of course entirely unnecessary as the performance was just as beautiful as we had hoped and we were all totally blown away by her interpretation of the tracks we had asked for. We received so many enquiries about Catherine from our guests, the wedding planner and the hotel and can only urge you to consider her talents when looking for an artist for your own event. Thank you again Catherine for helping to make a magical day that bit more special. "

"We truly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect keyboard player and singer for our wedding. Rick took the time to meet us beforehand to discuss our day and the type of music we wanted and when. He was very flexible and took great care to really listen as well make his own suggestions based on his considerable experience and expertise. His voice was absolutely beautiful and made walking down the aisle such an emotional, unforgettable moment. He created the most magical atmosphere, and it meant so much to us hearing our special songs performed live. So many of our guests commented on how incredible he was and Rick was happy to interact with guests' suggestions and even a 'sing along' at our request later in the evening ! Thank you for making our day feel so special—we’ll remember it forever. We would recommend Rick without hesitation, you would be extremely lucky to have him take care of your special day."

"In my time as the general manager of The One O’clock Gun, I was able to work with a number of outstanding local musical talents and Mike was by far one of the stand-out performers. My team and I were all in agreement after his first gig that, along with his soothing vocals, his guitar abilities are outstanding and we wanted to have him back ASAP! Mike soon after became a regular in our weekly line up and his talents seemed to grow each time he played, Mike’s ability to read a room and tailor his sets accordingly was very impressive, as well as this he always had new material to boast where most other performers had a limited and repetitive set list and this is a massive advantage in his industry. To top it all off, Mike’s an extremely friendly, professional and punctual artist who I have kept in touch with and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top talent."

"Laura Moon was amazing, a massive hit with our hen party. She has a great song list, full of singalong classics, which is exactly what we were after! "Wow, what can I say about Vicki. She is such an excellent performer. She arrived on time to our event and came with a BOSS PA system which was very professional. Her voice is really what you want at your event and she plays her acoustic She was able to sing and play covers of songs and also had us singing along to some of them - as well as taking on requests. It was windy and slightly stormy on our BBQ and Vicki didn't seem so phased. She suggested we relocate inside and took it on herself to start playing from inside the house instead. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitively be having Vicki again - and also recommending her for larger events too."

"We have known Alfie for at least ten years. He has performed for us every New Years Eve for the past 10 years. His repertoire of songs and his professionalism has each year been complimented by our hotel guests, who have been staying to see in the New Year. He is also great at getting the guests involved and dancing! We have no issues with recommending him. Not only is his music really good, he is a nice guy too."

"We got in touch with Stewart through the LastMinuteMusicians website & arranged for him to perform for us at our parents 60th wedding anniversary & we would just like to say he was amazing, really made the day, as my father was so relaxed he even sang with Stewart.
