Review Centre: Wedding Singers

"We were recommended Kirsty via Freddie, the pub manager at the Prince Albert. He gave us a few DJs to look at so we could decide for our wedding - Kirsty's communication is excellent. We corresponded via email and then found a time to talk on the phone. My then fiancée and now wife both warmed to Kirsty instantly over the phone. She is personable, with a really good understanding of music, she understands London culture, as well as the music I grew up with (and music would have enjoyed at university), and has an appreciation for the international music we requested. Her 'do not play' list was a great feature for us too, so we could make sure there were no toe-curling moments in the night or artists who we just didn't want played. She got on very well with our guests and made everyone feel at home - she has obviously spent time honing her craft as well as understanding how people tick. "Stephen was amazing at my husband’s surprise 40th birthday party! He is so professional, talented and has a great sense of humour. We didn’t want him to leave! Our guests commented on how great he was too. He played all our requests and even played and sang songs that he'd never played before the party. I would highly recommend and we will be definitely using him again. Thank you so much Stephen. An absolute top guy."

"During the summer we were lucky enough to have Mark play at my mum's 60th birthday bash. Mark was absolutely fantastic! He was perfectly professional throughout and so friendly and funny. He played a really good mix of my mum's favourite music (60's tracks) and other tracks too. He responded really well to the crowd and had everyone up and dancing - from the 3 year old to the 80 year olds, and all in between! We enjoyed it so much that we ended up asking him if he could stay a couple of hours longer but he sadly had another gig to go to! I know that a lot of the guests were keen to see if Mark was free to play at their upcoming summer parties… he was such a hit with everyone - I've never had so many people ask me "where did you find him?!!". I would thoroughly recommend Mark whatever your occasion. I know that I'll be contacting him again next time we have a do! Thanks so much again Mark for making my mum's birthday so special! "

"Alfie came and played for us at Tewkesbury Day Centre and was an absolute breath of fresh air. Everyone sang along and some enjoyed a dance – staff and Service Users had a wonderful afternoon and we will definitely be inviting Alfie to come and entertain us again. Highly recommended."

"My Fiancée and I had first discovered Jon on the internet while searching for a guitarist to perform at our wedding. I found out that he was playing at the Isle of Wight Festival (his home town) which I was attending with friends and thought that this would be a great opportunity to use Jon's set as an audition. Well he got halfway through his first song (money by pink Floyd) and I knew that he was the man for the job. I had a little chat with Jon after his awesome set and what lovely guy he is. We booked him as soon as I got home. On our wedding day he did not disappoint, he entertained our guests while the Wife and I had our photos. The rave reviews we had from our friends and family made it all worth while. I have since heard the songs Jon played and was amazed yet again of his compositions of the famous songs we chose, he really puts his his stamp on them. His ability on the guitar is outstanding and the way his guitar doubles as a percussion section is something else, the man has some serious skills. His voice ain't too shabby either. Another thing to mention is that Jon writes and performs his own music as well as his massive catalogue of covers (150-200) for you to choose from. Jon really added something special to our day and we would recommend him to anyone, whatever they are celebrating."
