"Nothing gives us more pleasure than to write this review since you played such a major part in ensuring that the word everyone kept saying both on and after the day was ‘Perfect’. I couldn’t get from one end of the room to the other without being questioned as to where we found you! Your voice, the choice of playlist the quality of sound and balance of guitar and backing track were all spot on. Amanda and I were still talking about the success of the evening in particular as we sat quaffing Rioja in the many tapas bars of Seville. Thanks you so much helping to make our day so memorable, we just need to think of a reason to hire you again, a special birthday or friend's wedding party! The hotel were also blown away by your performance and have a wedding in December which they have recommended you for. Our first dance will remain a special memory throughout our life, and to think, we chose it 5 minutes before! The majority of guests were convinced the 3 of us had rehearsed it! "Olivia was the singer at our Dundee International Women's Centre fundraiser at the Steeple Church in Dundee. This was a well attended multi cultural event with food, music and lots of fundraising. Olivia was so wonderful and professional and such a great singer. She hit all the right notes with us! (November 2017)"

"We booked Antony for a very unique 130th birthday celebration; a joint 50th and 80th. Antony had his work cut out for him in entertaining 3 generations and boy, did he nail it. Such a fabulous performance with a good mix of much loved, well known songs which everyone joined in and sang along to. We couldn’t have been happier with how it all went; from the initial contact to the arrangements on the day, everything was handled professionally and effortlessly and I wouldn’t hesitate in booking Antony again. Thank you for contributing to such a memorable occasion for us all."

"I first discovered The Scott Standards and was instantly obsessed with the lead singers voice, it’s truly mesmerising. When I found out they were available for my wedding, I was absolutely over the moon. From the very first meeting the lead singer was so accommodating and tailored a customised package to fit exactly what I wanted. She guided me through song choices with such patience. Her communication was flawless, both on Instagram and WhatsApp, always quick to reply and so supportive throughout the planning process. On the day itself, they were professional, punctual, and the lead singer Lucinda looked absolutely stunning, dressed perfectly for the occasion. Their performances were honestly magical and they created some unforgettable moments. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the performances were and loved every minute of it. I couldn’t be happier that I chose The Scott Standards. They went above and beyond and made the day feel even more special. Without a doubt, I’ll be booking them again for any future special occasions."

"I have been to see Jack on many occasions over the last eighteen months. Six during August and September so far. I will never tire of seeing him. His voice is amazing and he has personality and charisma in bucket loads. To just sit and listen to him sing is fab. On the other hand if you fancy a bit of a dance you can't go wrong with Jack! So entertaining ! You'll feel so happy by the end of the evening. If you haven't been to see him yet you really must go!"

"It is difficult to capture just how fabulous Lisa was before as well as on the day. She is such a lovely, fun and friendly woman. We really enjoyed working with her in planning the day and her singing down the phone to us as she explored various song suggestions will be a fond memory for us both... leaving us very excited for the day itself. We both love music, as do our families and put a lot of effort to line up some fantastic musical acts in addition to Lisa, including a 6 piece band and a solo guitarist we flew in from abroad. We also had a number of first class entertainers and performers....however despite this, the number one comment we had from every guest during the day and since has been the dramatic and hugely positive impression Lisa had on everyone. We almost felt bad our guests were giving her so much attention and trying to book her for their own events, including a lot of people who had already booked their musicians and were now having second thoughts!! We wanted the wow factor and Lisa certainly provides that. We can’t think of anyone we’ve ever seen musically who is so versatile and yet consistently high quality, indeed... top class. From classical church performances (she is very knowledgable and comfortable in working with you and your ceremony) ... she also learnt a particular piece for us that we’ve never heard covered and yet she delivered it as if it was her favourite song while also very much making it her own. Switching to a top class contemporary set during the drinks reception took everyone by surprise....and her true personality really came out when she switched into a medley of her own hip hop / original numbers blended with a traditional Irish music session, a sing off and an Irish dance combo. There is little to add to what others more qualified have already said in terms of her pure and incredible voice. Beyond this... to give you a sense of her capability... she was able to jam with another musician she only met on the day... to pick up, tune and play a new instrument (family heirloom banjo) as a special request.... to captivate 150 guests of all age ranges and from across the globe, and was able to keep our guests enthralled and enchanted with her for over 6 hours. We’ve met someone who we will enjoy following and listening to for the rest of our lives and who we will always feel lucky we were able to have share our special day. I suspect we will be going to see her gig and perform again very soon (if our guests don’t beat us to it first!). "
