Have fortnightly weekend availability due to childcare, so available every other weekend, but, have full weekly availability anytime.
Can, cover most genres, read normal music score or tabs on all instruments, am click and IEM friendly.
As an accomplished guitarist, happy to do lead, or rhythm guitar parts. Styles, rock, classic rock, metal, pop music. Can do most genres, not into punk music, can emulate most guitarists, learn quickly, all pro gear, use fractal & shure systems.
As an accomplished bassist, I can do all styles of music, have access to fretless basses, as well as four or five string basses. Can play slap style, funk, rock, metal, pop music no problem, reader; tabs or full score etc, can play most stuff, learn quickly, Am fast leaner. Pro gear, ampeg and shure gear.
As an accomplished drummer, I can do all styles of music, including funk, rock, jazz, reader, clicks no problem, fast learner. Pearl masterworks kit, full mics, shure wireless IEMs.

Depending on what instrument really, drums need at least 3 metres x 1 meter dpace, to setup. Bass and guitar is less space usually up to 1 metre x 2 metres is okay for amps etc.
Supply own sound gear, for guitar: fractal and Laney FRFR guitar system and wireless shure IEMs and wireless, Bass; Ampeg and cabs, Shure wireless and IEMs. Drums; can supply submixer and shure wireless IEMs, and mics. Also have a TD50;Roland kit if live kit is too much.
Need to know exact location, load in point, access and parking. Also if there’s limiter and size of stage. If it’s hire kit or hire back line.

Varies, usually a week, depending of I know them already. If it’s reading job, can perform under pressure.
Yes, it really depends on the artist. Will take longer to learn, as sounds and parts need to be accurate to artist
I’m pretty flexible, most is usually two 45 minute sets, happy to play what gig/job requires.
