"Erin Rich September 5, 2017 - 5:14 pm MVS Steel Band Duo at Revolucion de Cuba Derby: August 2017 We booked MVS Steel Band Duo to play at our Notting Hill Carnival theme bank holiday at Revolucion de Cuba Derby. They were incredibly professional and punctual. Our customers and guests loved the band and it has definitely made our event extra special to have them. Next time we require a steel band we will not hesitate in booking them again. Thanks once more. "

"“All guest danced until the last song .Both Shama & male artist sang all songs I requested & more. All guest were dancing & singing along until the last song. Both artist have lovey voices. This made my evening enjoyable & memorable. Rec’d calls from guests how much they enjoyed the music. Will definitely recommend & hire them again.”- June 2022"

"Rory and his colleagues played at my husband’s 40th birthday party. This was held on a summer evening at home for around 60 people. Having live music totally transformed the night. Rory's band created a really unique atmosphere. The music was relaxed and subtle, which meant that the conversation could flow, but so enjoyable to listen to that you didn't want it to end. I would love to have the opportunity to hear him play again and I would not hesitate to engage him for another occasion."

"Everything was perfect, the band was absolutely wonderful and the bandleader Irvin is a charming, lovely guy. They added a real Caribbean feel to our drinks reception with their lovely, gentle background music. Thanks!"

"We and our guests thought Los Gitanos Kings were fantastic! The afternoon acoustic set was just right, and the evening set with the PA system had us all clapping, stamping our feet and banging the tables- it was great! Would definitely recommend them!"

"You may recall a desolate band of misfits in Tim Burton’s 'Nightmare Before Chirstmas' that popped up every now and then with musical interludes of damp and haunting melodies that were, in their own way, quite captivating. Well The Skeleton Crew have a very similar allure; that is intriguing violins and erratic accordions, both utterly besmirched with wonderfully gloomy undertones and lingering vocals."

"Greetings...Just wanted to say a big thank you from all of us at Brahma Kumaris for such a memorable event. I think it must have been the first time that we had everyone in Global House singing and it was a wonderful feeling. Your performance was the highlight of the evening and everyone specially loved the last song. "I run a venue which hosts parties and promotional events for the alcohol and beverages industry. Mozel Tov Cocktails played at our celebration of the end of Prohibition. They did a stomping set well suited the event, and even mixed in some live electro-swing which went down a storm with the clients. We liked them so much we booked them again a few months later for the Glasgow Art School Archetects graduation ball. If you like totally authentic gypsy jazz and swing as well as bit of klezmer this is your band. In a nutshell: fun, dedicated, authentic virtuosic professionals."
