"Vernon played the cocktail hour of our wedding, accompanied by a colleague on bass, and we could not have asked for a better duo! The set list was exactly what we wanted; Vern has a great voice and created such a good vibe with his fun ad libs and upbeat style, it was better than we ever could have hoped. My husband and I has guests asking us "where did you find these guys, they're amazing" the entire time they were playing! It was an absolute pleasure to have them both there, they made the day feel so special - we would absolutely recommend them to anyone."

Dave brought his guitar and created a totally unique atmosphere through his impressive jazz and swing sets, which made the day that extra bit special. A pleasure to deal with, and to have at any party or event. Personable and friendly. I would highly recommend Dave, with or without his band, if you are looking for a 'swinging' time."

"We booked Vernon for our wedding on the 24th April 2015 and he really was fantastic, we had pre arranged what music he was going to do off his playlist. We corresponded by email and had no problems with contacting him and he arrived on time for our evening reception, he set up and played straight through until about 10. We found his own music very good especially his song (see that girl) he made the evening fun and got us up dancing, our guests loved him and enjoyed his music, Vernon is a friendly talented musician and we would book him again or recommend him for a wedding or party. "Martin arrived at the venue in very good time, started playing promptly, a was a very popular choice of artist for the function. His choice of music was very well received by all of our guests. We would not hesitate to book him again if the occasion arose. Great value for money."

"We booked Vernon for a family celebration at a cottage in North Yorkshire and he did not disappoint! Vernon caught the mood just right and his guitar playing and vocals are excellent. The whole family really enjoyed his set which helped make the occasion special. Vernon is also a lovely guy and got on with everyone really well. Highly recommended!"
