Review Centre: 90s, 00s & Modern Style Bands

"Dusk Duo visited pop essex on Sunday 24th of November at our Christmas Event. They performed Christmas songs and got our visitors in the festive mood. Dusk Duo sang beautifully and engaged with the audience capturing their attention for the whole performance. We throughly enjoyed their singing and dancing and would highly recommend. "Just a huge shout out to the band for playing my husbands party last Saturday. You were beyond fantastic, played longer than they were supposed to, shared the stage and their gear with a band they had never met. Utterly fab music. We have had so many letter commenting one of the best bands they have seen! Thanks for being so flexible with Country and Western show. We had a fab party, please pass on our thanks to all band members you made it hugely memorable and massive fun."

"The Dance Collective provided a fantastic edge to our evening event. The performance was outstanding, not only was everyone up dancing from the very first song, they kept everyone on the dance floor with a plethora of hits, which left everyone wanting more. The Dance Collective even had more than a little help from the audience who couldn't help but sing along!!! The bands' punctuality, was second to none, there were no interruptions / disruptions during our dinner whilst they were setting up, once ready, before my eyes, the final crumbs of desserts were forgotten, wine glasses replenished, and everyone had abandoned the dining tables ready to hit the dance floor. Personally I could not fault the communication between myself as the organiser of the event and The Dance Collective, but also the dialogue between the band and the venue itself, all parties were kept fully abreast of the timing's of the sets, as well as anything else we were to expect. Lastly I can not comment enough on the professionalism which I had the pleasure to encounter during this event, it made organising the event far less stressful! A cracking evening, which people are still talking about! - I'm hoping for another excuse to book The Dance Collective band again!"

"Dave played for us recently at our joint birthday party. In one word he was #saxsational; flawless in every respect, a consummate professional. He had a gracious presence and I will always remember his silhouette kneeling as he played to the children; the arbiter of all that is cool. I loved every minute and I can't wait to plan another party at which he can play! Thanks Dave."

"Amazing amazing amazing! Dave played at our wedding last month & was just brilliant! He played alongside our DJ & completely entertained the crowd! Dave was completely professional & accommodating when we had to change our date due to covid!! If you’re thinking about about a saxophonist then I would 100% recommend Dave! Thank you."

"This amazing band performed, at my daughter and new son-in-law's wedding on Saturday, 16.11.24. What can I say, they totally entertained us and kept the dancefloor FULL all night. They know EXACTLY what's needed to add to a special joyous occasion, so you don't need to worry. Booking was so smooth too. Song choices are extensive and so many sing along bangers, we just loved it, as did the guests judging by so many positive comments. Would totally 100% recommend."
