Review Centre: Wedding Ceremony Musicians

"What can I say? If you are a fan of Irish music, instrumental or with vocals then Dermot and the rest of the amazing musicians are who you need to hire! They were an absolute joy and a pleasure to have play at my beloved father's wake. They are such lovely and friendly people as well as fantastic musicians with a vast array of instrumentation between them. They graciously accepted requests prior to the event and also from some of the guests. My dad would have absolutely loved it and it made a very sad day very joyful and comforting for everyone. Our guests commented on how wonderful they were and the pub staff as well. I highly recommend hiring Dermot and the gang for any event, not just a wake. Communication was excellent before hand and hiring Dermot and the band were the easiest part of the many arrangements that we had to make when organising our dad's funeral and a wake. We sincerely thank you and highly recommend you, The O'Brien family."

"Rose was wonderful with the “oldies” - although we had 6 songs for them to join in with a sing- a- long they joined in with everything!! She encouraged people to join in and to get up and dance, my 90 year old mum was up dancing with her friends. It was absolutely wonderful and they haven’t stopped talking about it - a wonderful time was had by all. One of the highlights was a lady,who doesn’t interact much and is wheelchair bound, as soon as Rose started singing she was tapping her hands and was swaying in time to the music - an emotional moment. My mother was unaware that we had booked Rose who managed to set up very discretely, she was very friendly and accommodating. The guests were thrilled with her choice of songs and commented on her lovely voice. She was the highlight of the 90th party celebrations - Would recommend her 100%."

On the day, Laura delivered a high-quality, captivating set that truly elevated the atmosphere. Despite the unpredictable British weather forcing us to move the performance indoors and outdoors multiple times, Laura remained incredibly patient and flexible throughout. "Thanks for booking Rory's Jazz band, I have used them on 3 separate occasions and every time they have performed brilliantly! The buzz they have created in the airport has been fantastic and the quality of their performance have drawn in considerably large audiences. They have been hugely adaptable which was evident to see when they performed jazz style Christmas carols! I will definitely be booking them again this year."

"I decided last minute that I would like live music at my Mum’s surprise big birthday afternoon tea- I really wanted to make it special. I reached out to Kevin- and he didn’t disappoint! Communication before the day was excellent - I felt very reassured he would attend and provide the music I had in mind. On the day, Kevin arrived in good time and was friendly and professional. Kevin played a range of music brilliantly and really added such great vibes to the party. He instinctively knew when to play background music and when to put on a bit of a show! Lots of people have commented on how great he was. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kevin. "
