Review Centre: Singing Guitarists

"We booked Tim Young to play 4 sets at our wedding throughout the day. Before we booked we watched him at a pub to see what we thought an decided after song 2 he was the singer guitarist we wanted at our wedding. Before the event Tim sent us a list of 300 songs that he could play and we chose everything we wanted. On the day he was punctual an set up before required, he was as expected and we were so pleased with his performance throughout the afternoon and evening. We were amazed at how many of our guests made specific mention to how good Tim was on the day. We would recommend Tim for their wedding as a great addition to accompany the day. Thanks so much Tim. "We booked Sophie for our wedding in The Lake District 11.07.2024 and we're so glad that we did, her voice is truly incredible. Sophie learnt a particular song (Foo Fighters - Everlong)which we had requested and she put her own spin on it and it was amazing. Everyone at our wedding was saying how beautiful she sang and how she absolutely made the day. For signing the register we requested Sophie sang her own song “Sunny” and it was so fitting. Sophie you are the sweetest girl and bring such a relaxed vibe. If you book Sophie for your wedding or event I promise you will not be dissapointed. Thank you Sophie!"

"Tim performed at my birthday lunch party - selecting songs he thought would match and lift the happy mood of our guests. He was brilliant. His music was enjoyed by all ages from 16 to 86! Making arrangements with him was simple. You can listen to some of his tracks online and judge for yourself if considering him for your event. Thank you Tim. Highly recommended."

"10/10!! We booked Sean for my mums birthday party, it was a small party in a small space and Sean did so well. He chose the right songs start with and was happy to take requests from the room. He tailored the set to our audience with very mixed age groups from teens all the way up to 80 and had everyone singing along. He did birthday songs and a song with mums name in to make her feel Special! We were surprised how many songs he knew and how seamlessly he changed the set and found the right music etc without any long pauses in the set. Sean had a lovely voice and also a really nice manner and felt really comfortable and approachable during the time he was with us. I would happily pass Sean’s details on to anyone planning an event. Thankyou again for a wonderful afternoon of singing dancing and making Mum smile on a big birthday. Hayley"

"We first saw Paddy K live in an après bar in France and had the most incredible night—his set was unforgettable. As soon as my husband and I got engaged, we knew we had to reach out to see if he could play at our wedding, and it was honestly the best decision we made. Paddy K was kind enough to sing our first dance, which made the moment even more special. He and the band had everyone up on their feet dancing all night, and we received so many lovely comments from our guests about how amazing the live set was. "Chris is not only a fantastic singer with a great repertoire but is one of the most accommodating musicians you are likely to come across! I asked Chris if he would be willing to play a short set for a proposal but with a twist - it would be on a beach. Unfortunately the beach wasn't in Barbados but North Wales! However, without hesitation Chris was happy to accept the gig and played through wind, rain and cold. He is a resonate professional and a truly lovely guy to boot (sending my fiancée and I a lovely text wishing us the best the next day). He has a great voice and I can not recommend him highly enough whether it be for proposal or an ordinary Saturday night party with live music. We will certainly consider him in some capacity for our wedding. "

"Allegra performed at our launch night on 26 February this year. She has a fantastic personality and really engaged with the audience. She is witty and charming and builds a real rapport with the audience. Allegra has a great alternative sound to her voice and her self penned numbers are a real credit to her talent."

"I booked Tom as a surprise for my husband’s 60th birthday and we certainly couldn’t have been happier! He arrived promptly and played all evening. Tom performed beautifully with a great deal of variety for the evening. We had some wonderful feedback from our guests and he managed to make our grandson happy by performing one of his favourite songs! He is a true professional so please don’t hesitate to book him!
