"So sorry it has taken me so long to say how wonderful Eugene and his Steel Band were. He is the most delightful person and they played most beautifully. The evening got off to a really splendid start thanks to them and the weather was perfect, (unlike now). So please pass on my thanks gain to Eugene and the Carabana steel band. I do hope we have another occasion when we can ask them to play again."

As soon as Owain and I get any excuse whatsoever to throw a big party we’ll be asking you back to play for us again. Everyone commented on how brilliant the band was and we all had a great time dancing and trying out our newly learned salsa steps. (It's never too late to learn!) "Sending you and The Carabana Steel Band members a very big thank for playing at the company’s Caribbean Event. You all added the special Caribbean touch to the evening, which was loved by all who attended the evening. The tunes and different melodies of rhythms was totally outstanding, the feedback has been extremely breath taking [Amazing, Fantastic, so Diverse with the tunes, an amazing trio] We are going to carry on practising our Limbo technique. "At an event where traditionally the entertainment is an after dinner speaker, Edina's unassuming and humble style only added to the power of her playing. She awed the audience with a very well chosen selection of expertly played pieces, including some of her own. She told us a little about each piece before playing and looking around, there were people just lost in the sound, others re-living memories, and people enjoying every note. Edina's passion showed clearly - watching her play, you couldn't help really connecting with and feeling the music. We had so many complements afterwards. Thanks Edina!"

"Thank you so much for your help with making our recent wedding at Rowhill Grange so special. All of our guests absolutely loved having the band playing as they enjoyed their drinks & canapés, and so many have commented how it was wonderful to have something so different and unusual at a wedding. Martin & I were so delighted you were able to provide the tropical atmosphere that we wanted & you really helped to make our day absolutely wonderful for us both, although of course the perfect weather helped (so thanks too if you had any hand in that!). I'm only sorry that we didn't get to chat to you properly & thank you on the day, as we were so occupied with photographs. Many thanks again, and very best wishes."

"I hired EM strings to add some background entertainment to our home event, but they quickly became the highlight. Emily and her assembled team were punctual, organised and no request was too big for them: and of course their performance was phenomenal. I would highly recommend them. "

"We booked Latin Inquisition for a Spanish-themed family party, a real mix of people - youngest guest was a baby and the oldest in her 80's. The band were brilliant, really energetic and so talented. Pretty much everybody was up dancing, we loved the set, and especially loved the cover song that they'd prepared for us at our request. We couldn't have chosen a better band for our do, everyone commented on how good they were. Would 100% recommend. "
