Review Centre: Wedding Ceremony Musicians

"I travel from Sydney to distant places to tour with my band Fuchsia (fuchsiamusic.com) finding string players wherever I happen to be. When I came to England this year, I found Emily on Last Minute Musicians. The music has some fairly complex arrangements, and is unusual with its own unique psychedelic/folk/rock nuances. Emily was dedicated to getting it right, and she played from the scores provided, playing the parts with flair, style, soul and individuality. She was a pleasure to work with, fun on stage, and I would recommend her to anyone from any genre of music."

"Hiring Matt was one of the best decisions myself and Vicky made for our wedding day. Right from the start we had positive comments on how unique he was and how he blended in with the whole setting whilst playing a wide range of great music to suit all tastes and age groups. "Flawless! James played during our drinks reception which provided the perfect backdrop and created the most amazing atmosphere. So classy and elegant - James is super talented and makes it look so easy. James has a great mix of songs to choose from and even played a couple of special requests. All of our guests commented on how amazing he was and we couldn’t be happier. Great comms throughout the whole process and so friendly. James also played during our arrival into the wedding breakfast which went down so well and was a real highlight. We can’t thank you enough! We wish we could relive it all over again. "

"I recently booked Sam to play on my wedding day. As everyone sat in the sunshine listening, he created the perfect atmosphere. Not only did he play 2 sets – early and late afternoon (so sorry Sam!) he also learnt a song of my choosing to play me down the aisle which he played/sang AMAZINGLY! I can’t thank Sam enough, he is such a lovely person, I wish I had more time to chat to him on the day! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!"

"Ruth played at our wedding ceremony and she made it extra special. Really lovely to deal with from start to finish, she has a large repertoire and was also more than happy to learn extra songs at our request, which made the ceremony personal to us. We had so many complements from guests who all said Ruth's music was beautiful. Very reasonable cost wise as well, we would happily have paid more given the quality. My husband and I could not recommend Ruth highly enough. Thank you Ruth!"

"Dan is a great artist and a great guy to work with. Very talented, creative and with a lot of passion for music. His live performances are a must, for anyone who likes music and live artists. He's also very good guitar player and he has written some amazing songs too. Every live performance of Dan makes everyone feel nice during the set and all the people fill with joy and peace afterwards. That's something very rare nowadays."
