"Voom were a fantastic choice. From the first contact they were professional and keen to understand what I wanted. They have a great playlist to choose from to make sure all tastes are catered for. Feedback from those at the party has been unanimous... what a fantastic band! from the first to the last song we are all dancing. Would definitely use them again!"

"We booked Straight Up for our wedding in April 2024, and they were absolutely amazing! We were slightly hesitant as we only had the promo video on the website to go off, but the band were even better in person. We loved that they had an extensive list of songs on their repertoire, and they happily played all 32 songs that we requested from that list! Communication prior to the wedding was clear, and the booking process was really easy. The band ensured that the dancefloor was full throughout the night, and we had such great feedback from all of our guests. They even learnt a 'last song' for us rather than a first dance, which was an amazing way to end the night. "

"If you are thinking of hiring these guys, don't hesitate!!! They will MAKE your night. I can't recommend them enough. Lovely lads. Fantastic sets. Keep an eye on these lads, they are going far, had so much more to offer than other bands we looked at. So glad we booked them. They had EVERYONE up dancing the whole night - the days after our wedding everyone was talking about the band and nothing else! Can't wait to have them back. Thanks so much!" "I recently booked Ruby to sing at a 100th birthday celebration for one of our residents at the care home where I work. I wanted to organise the most perfect party for Ida and her family and even managed to secure the Lord Mayor of Sutton Coldfield to attend the celebration. From our first conversation, I knew Ruby was just perfect to perform for us all. Ruby arrived and set up at the agreed time looking fabulous, and sang us through the ages. One memorable moment was whilst singing The White Cliffs of Dover Ruby sang right next to Ida and they interacted beautifully with Ida fully engaged and singing along. The feedback I received from our residents, their relatives and staff in attendance at the celebration was absolutely brilliant and many have asked when Ruby will be back to sing for us all again. I have booked Ruby for our next event and look forward to working with her on many more occasions. I can not recommend this lovely lady enough."
