Review Centre: Solo Musicians

"Oh my goodness ! What a superb musician and virtuoso organist. Gareth spent so much time e-discussing all the options for music and hymns and made wonderful suggestions. He also proof read our order of service as he is an extremely experienced organist and concert planner. It was a good job he did as he spotted 13 errors which we were able to correct before going to print. He did ALL these extra things and email discussions without any further costs. He was courteous, amazingly PROMPT to reply (usually within 30 mins !!!) and extremely witty in our dialogue. When we heard him play we could not believe how wonderfully he lifted the music for our wedding All our guests also remarked on the excellent hymn playing and superb exit music. We were able to meet him f2f before we left and he is a perfectly charming as well as exceptionally gifted man. WEDDING COUPLES - BOOK THIS MAN if you can as you will not be disappointed. GARETH is a wonderful guy ! Thanks again G for making our musical day perfect xx"

"Sean came to the rescue after my booked band let me down a week before the party date . He was quick to respond to my enquiry via Last Minute Muscians and confirm his availability ( lots of other acts were slow to respond or just didn’t answer which was really difficult when I was up against time ) Sean played a range of songs and flexed his set to suit our preferences . He played 3 x 45 mins sets and compiled the play list of background music in between each one , again tailored to my artist choice. Sean provided good background music and had a range of song choice to suit the range of ages at our party . Thanks again "

"Kasia was the most incredible person to work with. From the outset she was enthusiastic, friendly and full of ideas. I actually planned our aisle walk music and signing of the register in secret with Kasia as a surprise to my husband and she couldn’t have been more willing to help with this plan. Kasia learnt and adapted my chosen aisle walk song (Fall out boy so not exactly your go to piano song ) into the most beautiful rendition that the recording of we will treasure forever. She even helped with suggestions to incorporate Lord of The Rings music into our register signing - which was met with absolute joy from my husband. Everyone commented on how beautiful Kasia’s voice is and how talented she is. Many said she set the day up to be beautiful from the outset with her singing and piano playing. Kasia was professional throughout and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She’s got a heart of gold and we still can’t thank you enough for making my music dreams (especially of a fall out boy aisle walk!) a reality. "

"Meredith provided music for the ceremony and wedding breakfast for our small wedding in early 2020. Everyone loved the music and it added a really special touch to our day. Hearing Debussy's Arabesque on the harp during the register signing was a special moment for us and made it quite magical. Communication with Meredith beforehand was easy and professional and she was very receptive to our slightly eclectic music choices and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. I would highly recommend booking Meredith for your next event. "

"James went out of his way to learn our first dance song and performed it to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Not only is he an amazing singer and a lovely person he is a pretty sharp dresser! All of our guests commented on his talents and we feel privileged to have had him there as part of our special day. "My wife found Chris on google to perform as a background singer during our wedding Breakfast. He was so professional and friendly we felt comfortable with his performance straight away, brilliant singer and guitarist and he also kept my Step dad happy by playing a Pink Floyd song. By the end of the meal he was performing Bye Bye Miss American Pie and people were up dancing including my Wife and Bridesmaids! If you are thinking of booking Chris do not hesitate as I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Chris."
