The search system uses a random post code from each county to order the results. The random post code is updated every 30 minutes - this gives everyone a fair chance over time, especially in large counties. If the random post code is close to the very edge of a county, listings in surrounding counties will often show up as they are the closest to the chosen post code.

Users can also use our clever search filters to order the results by price, rating or distance from any UK county or post code.
