After Dark were fantastic! Adam and the team were engaged throughout the booking process and catered to all our requirements for the evening. Their arrival and set up was smooth and easy and kept perfectly to their timings. The music was thoroughly enjoyed by all and we will definitely look to book the band again!

I just wanted to say thank you very much to After Dark for playing at our wedding party last Saturday. It was great to have some live music and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves - there was some very energetic dancing! So much for not having a first dance - we had to take to the floor first to encourage everyone! The song choices were perfect.

The band played at our Ruby Wedding Party and all the band were helpful, communicative and a great set of musicians. They took time and trouble to learn and perfect our special request which was no mean feat as it was a song from the mid-seventies and they performed it fabulously! A memorable evening for all.

Brilliant band, kept the dance floor going all night with a huge range of different songs - they really did play something for everyone!

The band played at our wedding 3 years ago and I’m so pleased they did, they were great, I barely left the dance floor all night to go for a wee! They even accommodated one of our guests doing a bit of impromptu karaoke!

The band played at our wedding back in 2013. It was an amazing day and the icing on the cake was having great music and a full dance floor until late in the night! Everyone commented to us how amazing the band were and they played an fantastic mix songs. Could not recommend highly enough!

A huge thank-you for a wonderful night's music at my 60th birthday party. Such an amazing customised personalised set, which not only set the perfect atmosphere for the night, but got all generations up on the dance floor. It was amazing to see a rock & roll band turn into a trad Jazz band by bringing in friends on other instruments. The in-house arrangements were just phenomenal. To hear Floyd's 'Wish You were here' accompanied by banjo was so unexpected but worked perfectly! The standard four piece party numbers were, as always, absolutely brilliant. This night was very special and will never be forgotten

After Dark were fantastic - and they had a wide range of music to choose from. I pretty much selected the whole play list - which is probably why I remained on the dance floor all night! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

The band After Dark were brilliant. Arrival and setting up in our gardens was unobtrusive and efficient. They were friendly and checked on our final requirements. What can I say! We hadn’t heard After Dark live before our party but relied on a recommendation and a YouTube video. Well the band exceeded our expectations. You were so helpful in letting us select a very varied set list. It was great that you were happy to talk to a friend who was also setting up to perform at our party to ensure that there was harmony with the sound systems. The quality of performance and interaction with our friends was just superb and we were so pleased that you had everyone dancing. It made for a perfect evening. Thank you so much

Absolutely top covers band with a huge, and perfectly delivered, repertoire. Played our wedding in early July, and were as good as I'd hoped for having seen the videos on last minute musicians- packed the dancefloor for the full two hour set and we had loads of compliments from our guests afterwards. Enjoyed every minute of it, and can't recommend them highly enough. Worth every penny (and then some).

I've just been looking at your website and reading your testimonials. I am the wedding coordinator referred to in Gavin's testimonial following his brilliant 40th birthday celebration at Reids in Billericay on 24th September 2016. It's true, I've seen many, many bands as I've been a wedding and event co-ordinator for 17 years and you are by far the best I've ever seen. I know Gavin was very involved in the play list but you delivered it perfectly.

We had an absolute ball on our wedding night and that was definitely due to you guys. The music was brilliant and the flexibility when I requested a song and when you allowed one of our guests to serenade us was most appreciated.
The variety of music we could choose from was great and allowed us to pick something for everyone - although I don’t think I managed to leave the dance floor all night!
We thought you did a fantastic job and really looked the part and it felt like you were playing for most of the evening apart from a short break.

These guys are absolutely, hands down, fantastic! I really couldn't recommend them enough. They knew exactly how to get the crowd up and dancing and made our NYE a great success - it wouldn't have been half as good without them! Plus everyone loved the way they took requests and played songs that people actually wanted to hear! They are so professional and flexible with what you need/want.

We were delighted with our wedding band, After Dark. John and the band were very professional in all their dealings with us, keeping in regular contact to determine the couple's play choices and making the effort to learn their 'First Dance' song, which was performed really well.They arrived and set up very discreetly and kept the guests dancing all evening. The booking process was easy and the communication throughout was good. The band was a delight to meet and their performance exceeded expectations to the extent that this entertainment attracted particular praise in our conference feedback from many attendees.

We had an absolutely rocking time! The band had really great energy and didn't seem to miss even a note the whole evening. They played all the songs we asked for and even did a few extras to keep all our friends and family out on the dance floor and hopping.

The band - turned up on time but the room wasn't ready for them and so had some time restraints to get set up and ready. They were very professional and pleasant. We had some great feedback from our guests on their set list as well as overall sound and look. We would highly recommend them to anyone for any occasion (I'm getting married in October and if I hadn't already booked a band After Dark would be my first choice!
