Alex Clarke Alex Clarke - Every Night's A Stadium!

Minimum 2m x 1m area for stage, 2x 2 x 13 amp power sockets

Lighting and PA equipment as standard, can plug into inhouse PA if needed.

For most of my shows I will personally view a venue ahead of time (if possible) or arrive early to new venues to mitigate any unforeseen issues

Background / party hits can be played during breaks

Hampden Park. Strictly speaking it was one of the matchday catering areas but a corporate booking for 800 made it a night to remember

Jeff Lynne (ELO/Wilburys) has shaped my musical tastes since my childhood alongside Paul Weller, Pink Floyd, Genesis and many more rock and pop bands. My greatest song changes with the tides but, as a musician, it would be Eric Johnson's 'Cliffs Of Dover'

I learned drums and guitar in school, worked as a function DJ then moved to live singing with guitar

My motto is 'Every Night's A Stadium' and I try to give every show the energy and passion of a stadium show or a festival atmosphere. Everyone getting lost in the atmosphere and having a great time

Set up time are ideally a minimum of 90 minutes. This does depend on the amount of equipment needed and the availability to set up. Sets are mostly 3x 45 mins in a 3 hour window with breaks playing background music /party tunes

Where possible this can be accommodated. I recently played a birthday party in a garden under tarpaulin holding off near-torrential rain. Despite the weather it was a great afternoon

As I use backing tracks for a full-band sound I can usually take requests. If the song is not one I know or not one within my range I can usually play the recorded version within the breaks

I have been described as versatile, upbeat, amazing and a real a crowd pleaser
