We booked Glen to pipe us from our hotel to our wedding reception venue. He stayed and played a few tunes whilst we got some photos taken and the drinks reception started. He turned up exactly when he said he would and done exactly what we asked of him. He was extremely easy to work with, very friendly and easy going. Our guest loved the traditional touch it brought to our not very traditional wedding and I could not recommend Glen highly enough. If we ever need a piper again, we know who to call.

I hired Glen to play at my daughter’s wedding in April, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with him. Before the actual day, he came to the house to ask exactly what it was that we were looking for and was very helpful with suggestions. On the big day, he did everything we had wanted and even played for a bit longer as guests were still milling about. All our guests especially those from England were thrilled. Glen is very nice, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Glen helped make our wedding a special day. We booked Glen up a year in advance and his professionalism was instant. Glen's repertoire of traditional pipe music is vast. He knew all of the songs we wanted and worked really well with our schedule, knowing when to play a particular song that was special to us (including Star Wars). What was even better for us was just how friendly Glen is. He was instantly popular with the congregation and he spent time after the service to mingle with people and to be one of our guests. Thank you Glen, people will be lucky to have you for their events, we will definitely be in touch again in the future, that is if you do not become too busy!

Glen played for my vow renewal ceremony and he was amazing! He got out of his car and immediately started playing and set the tone while we finished getting ready. He then played during the ceremony itself and it absolutely wouldn’t have been the same without him. His song selections were excellent and added to the experience. He was also easy to do business with. I’m so happy we hired him and highly recommend his services!

We booked Glen for our son's 16th birthday party.Glen was everything you'd want.He played what we asked him to and,even stayed on for a few extra tunes.He was very friendly and,extremely professional.

Glen came to my gran house on Christmas Day , great communication , and my gran really enjoy listing to him playing the bagpipes sining along to him , on Christmas Day we discovered that glen had also came to play for my gran during Covid in her garden , sadly my gran passed away in January and of course we got glen to come play at the funeral, high recommend glen , he brought a lot of joy to my gran listening to him playing his bagpipes ,

Had the pleasure of Glen piping at our wedding last year. Absolutely fantastic. Very professional from start to finish. Discussed options with us beforehand and he was very adaptable to what we were looking for, even offering to learn a favourite song if we wanted. Was wonderful on the day to hear the pipes starting up as the guests began to arrive. Really kick started the day and got the excitement building. Would highly recommend 🌟

If you are getting married in the Highlands and want a piper who embodies the spirit of Scotland, you must book Glen. We had our ceremony at Glencoe Lochan on the grounds of Glencoe House, and his performance was the soul of our wedding day.
A True Professional Presence
As you can see from the photo, he looked fantastic in his attire. I actually had to double check… because he looks like Captain America when he’s playing the pipes (Check out the photo)

From the first email to the final note, Glen was a spot on to work with and met us at the location with no issues at all.
His professionalism and appearance added a layer of prestige to the day that we weren't even expecting.
The music was pure magic. He played:

The way his pipes echoed off the trees and over the water was breathtaking. We had people wandering the Lochan stop in their tracks just to listen, later telling us how beautiful it sounded from across the water.

Glen didn't just play music; he created an atmosphere. He was a huge part of why our day felt so magical and timeless. Nobody should hesitate to book him. He is a master of his craft and a true gent!

Glen played a beautiful selection of tunes including Highland Cathedral, Mull of Kintyre, Amazing Grace, Scotland the Brave and Scots Wha Hae, which he kindly played as a special request for my mum. She was so moved by the music and the tradition that she had happy tears. It made the evening truly memorable for all of us.

It was meant to be a 20-minute booking but Glen played for around 30 minutes, which we really appreciated. Hearing the pipes played live in our home created such a special atmosphere.
