DJ Tony V is a professional wedding and event DJ based in Bristol, covering the South West and wider UK.
With more than 16 years of experience, I provide tailored music for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, school proms and private parties. I work with your playlist, first-dance choice and Do Not Play list, welcome appropriate guest requests and use my experience to read the room and keep the dance floor moving.
My music library covers disco, funk, soul, Motown, pop, house, UK garage, R&B, hip-hop, Afrobeats, Amapiano, reggae, dancehall, indie, rock, drum and bass and party classics. I can also help with introductions, cake cutting, speeches and other key announcements.
Every standard DJ booking includes a professional black or white DJ booth, high-quality PA system, wireless microphone and dance-floor lighting. I am fully covered by Public Liability Insurance and my equipment is PAT tested.
Optional extras include uplighting, fog machine subject to venue approval, Digital Selfie Pod or DSLR Open-Air Photo Booth hire, three-channel Silent Disco, PA and speaker hire, generator hire and 4ft LOVE or MR & MRS letters.

One of my most memorable gigs was performing at the O2 Academy Bristol. Playing at such a well-known live music venue, with a great crowd and an amazing atmosphere, was a fantastic experience and definitely one of the highlights of my DJ career.
Bob Marley has been a major influence because of his timeless music and ability to connect people. One Love remains one of my favourite songs, although my sets draw inspiration from many genres and generations.
I have more than 16 years of professional DJ experience. I started through a lifelong passion for music and developed into weddings, private parties, corporate events, community celebrations and large public events.
Weddings are a favourite because every celebration is personal and the music brings different generations together. I also enjoy birthdays, corporate events, proms and community celebrations.
I normally arrive around one hour before the performance to unload, set up and sound-check. My standard DJ package is based on a five-hour performance, with additional time available by arrangement. Pack-down usually takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on access and equipment.
Yes, provided there is a secure gazebo or suitable weatherproof cover, a safe power supply and a dry, level performance area.
Yes. Every set is tailored to the client. I welcome playlists, first-dance choices, important requests and a Do Not Play list, while using my experience to read the crowd and keep the music flowing.
