Flo Fields is a singer/songwriter/guitarist/violinist with outstanding vocals and a unique, jazzy soothing sound. She is an excellent improviser, giving a really special performance each time and creating a great special atmosphere. Flo enjoys playing jazz, pop, folk and soul and loves getting creative, making twists on songs you wouldn't expect. The songs you love, but not as you've heard them before.
Flo is extremely versatile and a fast learner. She is happy to take requests to help create a special event for you. She has toured the UK, India and Portugal as well as performing at such venues as the Royal Opera house, Indigo O2, and the BBC Radio 2's Friday Night is Music Night. Alongside this Flo has been playing at numerous festivals, pubs, bars weddings and parties.
You can book Flo as a solo act, or as a duo with piano & vocals, or with bass, keys and drums. Flo's style works especially well for brunches, afternoon weddings and early evening parties. She can play outside, even providing her own battery powered amp if required.

I don't require much as I can run my whole set up on battery- which is very useful if your venue is outside! The most helpful things is a parking spot nearby so I can easily load gear in.
I provide my own equipment which is suitable for small venues. For larger venues I'm happy to plug into a P/A if provided.
It's helpful to know about parking, power supply and the size of the venue.
Happy to play a Spotify playlist between sets
I performed on BBC Radio 2's Friday night is music night. To sing with the orchestra was unforgettable. Although- I love the small and cosy gigs too. Last week I was in a restaurant and everyone was singing along. It's totally heartwarming and brings me so much joy!
Ella Fitzgerald, Destiny's Child, Avril Lavigne, Joss Stone, Corrine Bailey Rae
I trained in musical theatre but needed to break free to do my own thing. I have so much more space for freedom and creativity playing music. It kind of happened by accident but I'm absolutely addicted!
Tough question- it's all so different. I love wedding ceremonies although I usually get emotional! Funerals are such an honour. And I love events where it feels like a family sing-along. Also I really suit a laid back Sunday brunch!
It usually takes me 20 minutes to set up so I'll often arrive 30 minutes before. Performance times are usually 2-3 45 minute sets with 15 minute breaks. I'm also able to play for 60 minutes.
I'm happy to play outside, all I need is shade if it's sunny (for me and my equipment!) or shelter if it's likely to rain!
I'm happy to learn 2 songs for you, or more dependent on budget.
Words that have been used to describe my performances are 'Outstanding', 'Unforgettable', 'Breathtaking','Mesmerising, 'Amazing atmostphere', 'Wonderful'. Clients also note my professionalism, punctuality and great communication.
Yes! I have multiple duos that I play in and we can find the best one for you.
