A piano (acoustic or electric – depending on the event), PA system, mic stand (I can bring my own if needed), and access to a power socket or extension cable. I can also provide my own electric piano if required – travel costs may apply depending on the venue location.
N/A
If there’s a piano at the venue, is it tuned and in working condition?
Timings
What are the access and soundcheck times?
Are there any curfews?
Audience setup
Will guests be seated close by, or is it background music?
Yes – I have a Pioneer XDJ-RR and can provide a curated Spotify/DJ service before and between my sets. I’m happy to tailor the playlist to your event or let you choose the genre.
One of the best gigs I’ve ever done was at The Dorchester in London, performing on a stunning Baldwin piano completely covered in mosaic mirrors – it was absolutely unforgettable!
Another highlight was playing a grand Steinway for a graduation ceremony at the Royal Festival Hall in London. The atmosphere was electric, and it was a real honour to be part of such a special occasion.
Alicia Keys has been a huge influence on me ever since I was young. I remember performing in a school assembly and my teacher said, ‘You could be like Alicia Keys one day.’ That moment stuck with me, and it inspired me to learn how to sing and play piano at the same time. Ever since, I’ve been drawn to artists who can do both - there’s something so powerful about that combination.
I studied music at university and have been gigging and playing piano for over 20 years. I spent 8 years working as a piano vocalist and entertainer on luxury cruise ships, performing to international audiences. Alongside live performance, I also teach music both privately and in a secondary school – it’s a real passion of mine to share music through both education and entertainment.
I love playing at events where music really connects people – whether it’s an intimate wedding ceremony, a lively drinks reception, or a classy piano bar night. There’s something special about creating a live soundtrack to moments people will remember forever.
As a DJ, I love playing uplifting house and disco – there’s nothing better than reading the room and building energy on the dance floor. I enjoy creating a fun, feel-good atmosphere where people can truly let go and enjoy the music
🎹 Acoustic Vocals (Piano & Voice)
Setup time:
I usually arrive around 60 minutes before the performance to unload, set up the keyboard (if needed), soundcheck, and settle into the space.
Performance times:
I can perform:
• 1 x 30-minute set (e.g. ceremony or spotlight performance)
• 2 x 45-minute sets (ideal for receptions or dinner music)
• 3 x 40-minute sets (for longer events or a mix of upbeat and relaxed sets)
I’m happy to tailor the set length to fit the flow of your event. I can also provide background music through a speaker between sets if needed.

🎧 DJ Sets
Setup time:
For DJing, I require around 45–60 minutes to set up and soundcheck using my Pioneer XDJ-RR. I’ll also need access to a power supply and a stable surface or DJ booth space.
Performance times:
Typical DJ set options:
• 1–2 hours for a party-style set
• 3–4 hours for evening receptions or full dancefloor coverage
• I can also provide background or warm-up playlists before and between live sets.
Yes, I’m happy to perform outside as long as there is suitable cover to protect the equipment from sun or rain, and access to a power source if required. I just ask that the performance area is flat and safe for setup.
You’re welcome to choose from my broad setlist, which covers music from the 1950s to now. I’m always happy to tailor the set to suit your event – whether that’s selecting your favourites, making specific requests, or leaving it to me to read the room and create the right vibe. I can learn up to 5 extra songs free of charge. If you’d like me to learn a special song for your first dance, there’s a £40 fee to cover rehearsal and preparation. Any additional songs beyond the 5 may incur a small fee, but I’ll always do my best to accommodate your requests.
Clients often describe my performances as warm, professional, and atmospheric. They appreciate my accommodating nature, strong vocals and piano skills, and the broad range of music I cover – from laid-back background sets to lively singalongs that get everyone involved.
Yes – I offer combined packages that include both live piano/vocal sets and DJ music. This works perfectly for events like weddings or parties where you might want live music earlier on and a high-energy DJ set later. I use a professional setup for both and can tailor the music throughout the day to match the vibe you’re after.
