Technical Info

What are your basic technical requirements?

For a powered performance I'll just need a plug socket, I bring all of my own PAT tested equipment. where access to power isn't possible, I bring my battery powered speaker!

Do you provide sound and lighting equipment?

I bring all my own sound equipment.

What information do you require about a venue?

Just as much info as possible! Parking arrangements & directions if it's tricky to find!

Can you provide a Spotify/DJ service before and between your sets?

I can provide a Spotify playlist for between my sets, depending on the duration there will sometimes be an additional charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best gig you've ever done and the best venue you've ever played at?

I played a wedding ceremony outdoors in the Scottish Highlands, it was beautiful!

Which artists have you been most influenced by, who is your favourite artist and what is the greatest song of all time?

I'd like to think I take a little influence from many artists, I love such a wide selection from Cypress Hill to Elvis Presley, Primal Scream to George Ezra!

What's your previous experience and how did you start gigging?

I started out on the local open mic scene and developed from there. Since starting on a full time professional basis I'ver performed hundreds of weddings & events all over the UK.

What's your favourite type of event to play at?

I enjoy every gig I play, but I love to play a wedding ceremony, it's such a compliment being asked to be a part of someones wedding day, especially their ceremony!

Performance Info

What are your typical setup and performance times?

I'll arrive 30-45 minutes before the performance start time to get set up, unless you need an earlier set up.

I usually play in sets of 45 minutes, with a 15 minute break between sets to freshen up, but can work around your timescales if you have something in particular in mind.

Are you happy to perform outside?

I'm more than happy to play outside, if there's no access to power I can bring my battery speaker, and if the venue doesn't allow amplified music I can play completely unplugged!

Do the clients have a say in what you play or is it a set repertoire list only?

Yes, once a booking had been confirmed I send my clients a link to my online song choices form where they can select all the songs they'd like me to play for them!

How do previous clients most commonly describe your performances?

Previous customers would describe me as a great addition to any event!
