Hello! We are Lucas & Miaya, a vocal duo based in Bracknell, Berkshire. We provide a range of experiences for any event, including soft acoustic guitar sets, high-energy dance party sets full of sing-along bangers, and hilariously fun line dance classes. We are also open to enquiries if you have more specific requests.
A Little About Us...
We are a couple who met working on cruise ships (we were singing love duets with each other the first day we met!) Before this, we separately spent years training in musical theatre, each with a decade of vocal training under our belts. We are so passionate about performing and feel incredibly lucky to be able to work together.
What we offer:
Our intimate acoustic sets feature guitar accompaniment, soft vocals and plenty of intricate harmonies. Our party sets are all about getting guests up and dancing - the classic anthems we perform are accompanied by tracks, making them sound familiar and close to the originals. If you opt for our line dance classes, guests will be taught up to 4 different dances and will be accompanied by live vocals and tracks. Line dancing is an excellent add-on for a party set to get guests ready to dance!
As vocalists, we love to perform a range of different styles including pop, rock, country, post-modern and musical theatre. We have premade setlists for general bookings, but clients can also consult our full setlist to personalise their experience.

Our full PA system requires at least 2 metres x 2 metres worth of space. We will need access to at least one power socket (two ports). We will also require a parking space.
We bring a full PA system to all events but do not provide lighting equipment.
We need any specific instructions for venue entry, including where to park, where to enter and unload our equipment.
Yes, we are more than happy to provide background and/or party music between sets. Music can be chosen by us or by our clients. Please let us know whether we will need to pre-download playlists based on Wi-Fi availability at the venue.
Our favourite venue will probably always be the Viking Saturn cruise ship as this is where we first performed together. We performed to guests and crew from all over the world and it was wonderful to see how the songs we performed were universally known and loved. The vibes were always electric!
Lucas: Ed Sheeran! As well as being a fellow redhead, his style has always inspired me. I love how he can create a full symphony on his own - and he's always so humble, funny and down to earth. He is both my favourite artist and biggest inspiration. But I think the title of greatest song in the world has to go to Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen.
Miaya: I absolutely adore P!nk. Her vocal range is so impressive and her style is just so cool. Her live shows are always such a spectacle. I can't pinpoint one artist I've taken most inspiration from, as I have so many idols across so many genres, including P!nk, Olivia Rodrigo, Brandi Carlisle, Avril Lavigne and Ann Wilson. I think the best song ever is I Don't Want to Miss A Thing by Aerosmith!
We trained in Musical Theatre and have performed in different musicals across our training and careers. We have both spent almost two years on board Viking Cruises. We are relatively new to gigging on land but having performed at a few venues recently, we are so excited to find new clients!
We love a wedding! There's nothing like providing entertainment for a couple on the best day of their lives - and guests are always ready to dance accordingly!
We typically arrive at a venue an hour and a half before the performance. After setting up our PA system we also would preferably do a soundcheck (but not essential). For acoustic sets, we offer up to 3 x 45 minutes. For party sets, we offer up to 3 x 45 minutes. For line dancing, we offer either 1 x 60 minutes or 2 x 45 minutes.
We're happy to perform outside (weather permitted) but we require a flat surface and access to a power source.
We have pre-made set lists for different occasions, but clients are welcome to assemble their own sets from our repertoire list. Clients can also make requests outside of our repertoire but any more than 5 come at an additional fee.
Previous clients have described our party sets as high energy, with a super immersive feel and plenty of bangers to dance and sing to. Our acoustic sets have been described as a perfect mood setter for event entrances, sit down dinners and calmer events. Our line dance classes are always a hit, with many guests crediting line dancing with the success of the overall event. We have also recently been hired for a couple's wedding whilst they attended another wedding we were performing at!
