What3words are helpful if it's a rural venue. 99% of the time I have no problem with sound limiters at venues, but just double check that your venue is okay with saxophones, particularly if you want me to play outside! I've had an instance where the client wanted me to play outdoors but it got a BIG no no from the venue!

10 years. My first gig came about when I was busking and then went for a haircut afterwards - the busking money only just about covered the cut! - but it certainly paid off in the long run, as the barber, who was also a drummer, offered me a job playing with his band!

I arrive around 2 hours before playing time (always aiming to be early in case of traffic). Ideal performance time is in 20 minute bursts as this heightens the impact of the saxophone for guests, but I'm very happy to be flexible and play whenever you want me to play.

Yes! I am absolutely happy to to take requests, but please give me as much notice as possible to give me time to learn the tune really well so I can do it justice! I'm constantly building my list of songs and very enthusiastic to learn new material, and will gladly take even the most extraordinary song requests at no extra charge!
