I recently retired and now focus on performing a warm, enjoyable set of classic hits from the 50s, 60s 70s and 80s and also have a country Setlist available. care homes, restaurants, weddings, private events and community occasions.
My repertoire includes well-loved songs by artists such as Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison, Johnny Cash, Buddy Holly, Cliff Richard, The Platters and many more — from relaxed ballads to upbeat favourites that people know and love to sing along to.
I perform as a solo singer and guitarist, and I also incorporate harmonica into selected songs, adding another dimension to my live performances. My set includes a wide variety of genres, from rock ‘n’ roll, country and folk to blues, reggae and pop.
I aim to create a friendly atmosphere with familiar music, whether that means gentle background entertainment for dining venues or a lively nostalgic singalong for residents, guests and audiences.
I provide a reliable, personable and professional solo performance, ideal for venues where warmth, nostalgia and connection with the audience matter.
I enjoying travelling around England with my guitar and harmonica and discovering new places to perform.
I’m happy to consider bookings outside my usual area and can be flexible with dates and travelling, particularly for advance bookings. If you have an event further afield, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to discuss it.

I started learning guitar and singing around 8½ years ago, teaching myself through online lessons. Over the last three years I’ve regularly performed at open mics, building my confidence and experience as a live performer. This naturally led to my first paid gigs, including performances at bars, restaurants, care homes and private celebrations. I now enjoy bringing my acoustic guitar, singing and harmonica to a variety of events and venues.
I particularly enjoy playing relaxed, friendly events where people can sit back, listen and enjoy some familiar songs\. Birthday celebrations, private parties, care homes, restaurants and weddings are all great for me\. I especially enjoy performing songs from the 60s, 70s and 80s, with a touch of 50s rock ‘n’ roll, and I like adding harmonica to some of my songs for a bit of variety.
I provide all my own professional sound equipment
I normally arrive 1 hour before the performance to give myself plenty oftime to set up and in case of any traffic problems,I normally do 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 1hour sets or 3×45 minutes sets
I’m happy to play outside providing there is shade and a flat level surface
I generally perform from my established repertoire, which includes familiar songs from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s, with some harmonica included for variety. Clients are welcome to let me know if they have particular songs or artists they would especially like to hear, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate requests where possible. However, I may need advance notice to learn and prepare a song, as I’m not usually able to perform unfamiliar requests on the spot.
